Unpunctual, Disrespectful, and Unorganized

I had an appointment scheduled for 3:30 PM and arrived promptly on time. Upon arrival, the hairdresser asked me either to come back in 15 minutes or to wait, despite there being no available seating.

Reluctantly, I spent time in the nearby market and returned as requested, only to wait an additional 15 minutes. During this entire ordeal, no apology or explanation was offered. When I expressed my frustration over the wasted time and disruption to my plans, instead of acknowledging the issue or apologizing, the hairdresser merely stated, “I did my best, and I work hard.”

This lack of professionalism and customer care left me questioning the authenticity of their perfect 5-star rating. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this...

I recently checked out this sweet barber shop and had the pleasure of getting my hair cut by Rawa. He really knows his stuff and took the time to explain everything he was doing, along the way.
