Because of the good reviews at Google Maps we have decided to give this Pizzeria which has also the name of a Trattoria a try. We were sitting inside although you can also sit outside near the street. Fast we received the Menu from the young female server. I have chosen the Pizza PAOLINA (with MEATBALLS, 16 €). The other Pizza was MORTADELLA (14 €, Mozzarella and Burata). The Pizza PAOLINA has had about 20 little Meatballs with the size similar like a 50 Cent coin. The completely middle of the Pizza was soggy ( mushy), even the edges of the Pizza dough was not crispy. So the taste, preparation and presentation was below average. The other Pizza MORTADELLA was looking better and the taste was more like average. Although I have returned the Pizza with 90% of the dough and other toppings the female Server has not asked me about our satisfaction. My friend went to Toilet which has had no seat. Then we asked for the Bill and were sent to the Cash point. The Bill from the Server was taken away and we have not received any new Bill or receipt. Also this man hasn't asked for satisfaction and of course he couldn't say Good Bye. Including one coke, one small water and coperto (1,50 € per person) we have paid 38 €. Seems we were really unlucky this evening. First we were quite happy that we got the last table for 2 because it was Sunday evening and busy. So we saw the pizzas at the other tables and were super excited, they looked good! We ordered a beer and a salad and two pizza. Ichnusa beer in bottles was not available anymore so they offered from the tap, no problem even better! When the salad came we thought it’s a joke. Handful of cutted green leaves of the cheapest iceberg lettuce, nothing else, for 5 € (like the one they put in the burgers at mc donalds.) well we didn’t complain because we came for pizza. But here is the problem, there was no pizza. After 30 mins of waiting and seeing other guests beeing served with pizza even tho they arrived after us, we kindly asked if they forgot our order. And yes they completely forgot our order or it disappeared. Unfortunately not even a sorry or anything. We were disappointed and moody because we were so hungry and waited so long so we just left to the next Pizza place where...
