Highly recommend this place for lunch. It’s a tiny little local deli on a mostly walking street. You can get an antipasto board, or most people get a gourmet Panini for 4-5 euros, you can sit in the street and watch life go by, or they have a nice little courtyard restaurant in back. They also have salads and local pasta dishes. As well as a gourmet grocery. Inexpensive local dishes, cheap beer, and local wines by the bottle for less than 10. One of the best breakfast places to eat in Catania!! We ate breakfast twice here and both times they were spot on. First we tried the panini, both vegetarian and with meat were delicious, the next day we had the cheese/meat plate and also a veggie plate , ate so much I almost couldn't get up! :))) Service was also the best, it was the first place where the waiters spoke good English, she was helpful with a pleasant attitude that seemed impossible at other restaurants... Surely recommended...
