We were overwhelmed by the choice of restaurants in Cefalú, but came across Badia and couldn’t resist the simple and reasonably priced yet mouth-watering menu. There were just a few tables outside and we sat in the warm evening breeze with a lovely view of the Cathedral. The food was perfection. As a coeliac, I was delighted that most options were gluten free (or could be altered to be). I went for the signature aubergine starter and a tuna steak pistachio main. I had an absolutely fantastic experience at BADIA! This family-run restaurant is incredibly welcoming, making you feel right at home. Fabianna, our server, was exceptional—so kind and always smiling, with great recommendations for our dishes. The young man with her was equally friendly and added to the wonderful atmosphere.

Awesome dinner place for the perfect Mediterranean cuisine experience! The menu has a variety of dishes with aubergine, octopus and other seafood. The food was delicious and the portions were quite big! Also served very fast! The waiters were extremely kind and friendly, could speak good English and describe the dishes behind the names in the menu.
