We wanted to have a pizza for dinner and went to this place after very good reviews on Google. Oh man was I disappointed. The place is a one man show. A single person taking orders, serving to tables, cleaning and preparing the food itself. Meaning that you will wait. A lot. When I came there was a line. Not sure for what, later it looked like people simply waited to pizzas to be ready for pick up. The person was so busy serving them that he didn't have time to take orders from the people sitting outside. I waited the line and ordered the pizzas. The owner doesn't know English, so be ready with your selection and pronounce it correctly (the menu is hanging outside). The place has a regular electronic oven ( not a fire based / gas based pizza oven), and the kitchen is simply ***infested*** with flies. Flies everywhere, also outside, not letting you eat normally. I don't understand why this doesn't bother the owner, just for the sake of sanitation, not to say normal conditions to eat. I sat in the tables outside, which are situated very close to each other, so you can't really get any privacy. There's also a place inside. The pizzas arrived in the end. Mine was not baked ("cruidola" , the base is baked with tomato sause and you get some greens, olives and mozzarella pieces on top after the base is chilled), and it seems that "this is how it should be". Imagining how many flies first sat on it before I ate it, didn't add to the experience. "You should have asked me", when I told him it wasn't baked (and man, you go speak and explain yourself to a man who says "Essen here" and thinks he speaks English) My 13 year old companion liked the pizza very much ("wurstl", with a sausage). This is why this review is 2 and not 1. To be fair, the base is pretty tasty and crunchy and is made from good dough. Yet the toppings, nor the way it was baked (electronic oven) made any impression on me (combined with the flies), not say made this "a real Italian pizza" as some other review said. In the end I cleaned after myself, and still paid the 2.5 eur "coperto" per person (somehow standing in line to order and cleaning after myself is still considered serving to the table) The place is somehow popular among the crowds, but I if you're looking for a real Italian Pizza, I suggest you go somewhere else.

It was OK until we got an unexpected 20 EURO service charge for being a group of 8. The waitress said she would allow us to pay separately, but the bill was combined. When we went to pay the service charge was revealed and it took a frustrating 15 minutes as our group did not include this hidden surprise. Not a nice way to end a meal. They also ran out of salads, but did not inform us. They just brought one less leaving us to figure it out. The pizza was good, but the billing process left us frustrated and stressed. Don't expect a toilet, it's a 5 minute walk to a public facility which they vaguely point toward when queried.

The worst pizza of my life! I definitely won't be back. The service was terrible. The waiter stood over me the entire time. Then the waiter watched me eat this disgusting pizza the entire time. I ordered a vegetarian option, and I had to search for vegetables on the pizza. Look at the picture! Plus, the pizza was incredibly expensive. The value for money is 0/10 The atmosphere was awful. The employees seemed to be working as a punishment, with no empathy or smiles. When I asked for olive oil, I received a plastic bag. Terrible place!

Omg. Propably that was just our bad luck or something, but we had the most stresfull pizza time. Our server was very stresfull, we felt like from the beginning we are not welcome there. We just came with smile, positive energy for good pizza, which was not bad a specially crust, but some of the ingredients was cold, like for example raw tomatoes on the pizza🙁, cold ham. The most stressed situation was ton the end. We cannot pay by card, because machine is broken, and no internet and only cash payment will be better. Yes, maybe for him and business I understand cash payment is better, but we live in XXI century and not many people have cash now, during the travel a specially on the last day of holiday. We try to explain that, but he aggressively removed battery from machine, and after saying there is internet problem he start blaming battery🙈. We explained we are cash less, also if is problem with internet all the time, he should write message on the door cash only, then we can have a choice and we know what’s going on and no suprise on the end. Anyway, good it was last day of the trip. Pizza nothing special, prices for pizza are exactly the same as mostly much better places with high quality...

If you want an eating out nightmare this is the best place to provide a full spectrum of bad experiences. Not just the pizza has no flavor at all with seemingly all expired ingredients but also the ignorant and rude service. The main guy over there sounds like never know how to talk nicely, always yelling at you when you try to ask something. Waiting long time for ordering and the bill, totally being ignored. When you finally went to the counter to pay, he asked you which table and what you ordered. After processing the payment, without any responses he seemed move his attention on something else leaving you wondering if the payment getting through or not. You have to ask/serve him to confirm it all set. After that he didn’t even show any appreciation of the business. No manners at all. With that, it enforces 3 euro service fee. Honestly I barely had any other horrible dine experience comparable with this one. This pizza place really ruined Italian...
