Palma's Rome Fiumicino Airport — Restaurant in Fiumicino

Perfectly okay airport food, still definitely “airport food”, but absolutely horrendous service. When I approached with a beer I was purchasing in hand, I was yelled at and told to go to a different counter even though I was ordering a sushi roll. Similar situation later when I went up to order an Aperol Spritz for my husband. There was absolutely no reason for them to be just downright mean. It’s very clear, the staff Does. Not. Want. To. Help....

Chicken Teriyaki Burrito...horrible...not fresh, lettuce was brown...about 8 small pieces of chicken in it and piled with filler rice! I wouldn't feed this to one of my pets. The worst part of it all is that when I took it back and said it is not edible the woman looked at me like I was offending her. I didn't ask for a refund, I simply dropped the tray off and went directly across to another sandwich shop! The standards here are...

Worst customer service experience. Asked the lady for a recommendation and she was very rude. Asked if she had tried what I was about to buy and her answer was appallingly rude. Do not recommend. You shouldn’t hire this kind of person in hospitality as they drive clients away. Will never return due to this...
