Caffè Lietta — Restaurant in Florence

I went to this cafe this morning and I had a blast. The place its beautiful and the stuff very kind.They took me in with a warm smile and a cup of really good cappuccino as well as a cornetto. The quality of the coffee and the food as well the variety of the products surprised me .I stayed there for a good three hours studying.The enviroment was cosy and the caffè is big enough to not get too crowded. Loved this place. The coffe and food were great, and they had gluten free options (I tried the caprese panini and a dessert option which I don’t remember the name), this for me is really important because there’s not a lot of options for people who can’t eat gluten (and when there are, sometimes the taste is not so great).

There was only one person attending orders for the tables so it’s faster to order your food and get it in the counter. I could order quickly and they were attentive when I was waiting for my order.

This little place is like a breath of fresh air, it’s captivating soul of the decor from floor to ceiling is so beautiful, all pastries are masterfully presented and so so delicious, the staff are witty and friendly, we went there the first time by coincidence, but the second time was indeed planned and looked forward to! Surely, for the the staff, it’s a pleasure to see a returned customers, but it’s so heart warming for the customers to be recognised and cordially welcomed only after one visit!!! We will surely keep going again...
