I recently had the pleasure of visiting a delightful gelato shop in Florence, and I can't recommend them enough! The gelato was absolutely delicious, with a rich and creamy texture that made every scoop a heavenly experience. The flavors were inventive and fresh, truly capturing the essence of Italian gelato.

What really stood out was the wonderful staff. They were incredibly friendly and allowed us to sample different flavors before making our purchase. This was especially appreciated as it was lightly drizzling outside, and they kindly invited us to sit inside the shop to enjoy our treats away from the rain. Their hospitality made the experience all the more enjoyable!

For anyone planning a trip to Florence, make sure to stop by this gelato shop. Although I noticed some conflicting information on Google about their hours, I can confirm that they were open during the first week of January when I visited. Don’t miss out on this gem when you're...

La Sorbettiera… once you’ve tried the ice cream you never wanna eat any other ice cream. It’s really the best ice cream I’ve ever tried. We literally went there for three rounds of ice cream in just an hour. In two days we ate 6 rounds of ice cream. It was soooo delicious. The best flavours we have tried were nicolo (a mix of salted peanuts, caramel, chocolate chips and crispy pieces of biscuit), mango (which really garstes just like an ice cold mango and the texture was so smooth) and last but not least finishing our top three was cocomero (tasted just like an ice cold and sweet watermelon). But every flavour we’ve tasted was amazing and one of a kind. And also the ambience is amazing it’s a modern and stylish Gelateria, with workers who love to work and who are really nice and are a really great help making a decision on the best ice cream for yourself. Please open a new Gelateria in Vienna! I would spend all my money just...

We stopped by this place after having read mixed reviews. We agree with previous reviews. The gelato was very good, although not the best I’ve ever tasted. But the service was horrendous! The woman who helped us could not have been more unfriendly or unwelcoming. I was tempted to walk out. She was so rude. We felt like we just had to order whatever she was willing to serve us because God forbid we would ask her a question. She gave us dirty looks, never thanked us for coming in, and acted irritated at our mere presence. If she doesn’t like being in the gelato business, she should get another job! It’s all the customers that come in to order the ice cream that keep her in business. I can’t figure out why she would possibly need to be so unfriendly to...

Located along a quiet street, away from the maddening crowd. We ordered 3 x piccolo cups, 2 with 2 flavours each and the other with just 1 flavour. Portion was decent, not the most generous we’ve had. Flavours we had: 1. Passion Fruit 2. Lemon & Sage 3. Hazelnut 4. Caramel 5. Strawberry The fruity flavours were bright and refreshing (loved the passion fruit + lemon & sage!), the caramel was a little sweet for me and the Hazelnut had a nice salty tinge to it. Service was mediocre, the server just stared blankly at us and only came to life once I asked if we could place our order.

The ice cream is amazing. Flavors are listed in Italian so it's a little hard to order, but the people working there are really nice and will help translate for you if you need it. We had S stracciatella, salted caramel, hazelnut, melon, amalfi (lemon cream) and lime-sage, all were amazing! The melon tasted like real melon and wasn't too sweet like many other gelato places we've tried. Definitely went twice and would go another time to try the walnut and other flavors...
