Ristornate, o osteria come si definiscono, sito a pochi passi da SMN: il focus de "il bovo" è certamente l'alta qualità dei prodotti con la carne locale davvero saporita (da provare il barduccio di Rufina e la salsiccia mugellana) e condimenti di alta qualità che rendono l'esperienza davvero appagante. L'ambiente del locale è gradevole e rustico col personale decisamente cordiale e preparato: la modalità di ordine è da tavola calda, dunque si ordina, ci si accomoda e quando pronto si va a ritirare il tutto (motivo per il quale, almeno a pranzo, non si paga il coperto) con la possibilità di aggiungere alcuni condimenti alla fine. Il costo è commisurato alla qualità, per cui un hamburger si aggira tra i 10 e i 14€ (per quelli "Magnifici") anche se il suggerimento forse ricade sulle salsicce, saporite e che stanno sotto i 10€. Esiste un menù che fa scegliere tra alcuni panini, ed include patatine e bibita permettendo di risparmiare qualcosa. Sicuramente consigliato

Absolutely marvellous specialist hamburger bar with some great craft beer offerings. Arrived in Florence after a long day travelling and these burgers really hit the spot. Five Guys..... Eat your heart out. Lady took the order, cooked the food fresh on the hot plate. Meat cooked however you liked it. Can't recommend highly enough.
