Food Quality: amazing food. The starters were already a perfect start. And then the Steak Florentine was delicious. Quite a big dish and worth every bite all the way into a food coma.

Portions: both the starter and the main were a very good amount of food.

Drinks: some good bar options, but unfortunate that while waiting for the table these were not set onto our table and had to pay the drinks even if they are the same restaurant.

Price: $$-$$$ price can vary a lot depending on what you order. The Florentine steak can really put the price up.

Service: very veeery slow. Started already by horrible communication between themselves, as we decided to sit at the bar while waiting for a table to free up, but then a different person would receive new clients at the door and take them to a table that was waiting to be cleaned up, instead of saving it for us.

Atmosphere: very busy area, lots of people coming and going. The tables outside are quite nice.

Highlights: food is good.

Things to improve: maybe having a host can help to avoid delays with other people waiting for a table. Also more attentiveness from the staff to the table. Very friendly staff, but difficult to get their attention.

Andrea was so very kind, attentive, and an amazing server! I was so happy with my service it reflected in a very nice tip. It was almost closing time and he said we could come anyway, so thankful!

The ribollita was delicious as was the sformato and the fegato di pollo…Be careful if you order the pappardella with anatra, there is also vitello in it… we ordered it but Andrea came out later and told me there was vitello in it (it’s not listed on the menu) and as I have a severe allergy so I was VERY thankful he asked to double-check and told me Before it came out in case we wanted to change the order. My partner still took it because he could eat it, but with all of the other food I really didn’t need anything else and I was super full. Thank you for the super kind service and for actually caring to make sure there wasn’t any other meat in my order, I Really appreciate it!

We arrived at 20:00 looking for a place to eat with a group of six. The staff was really friendly and tried to help us but we had to wait for 20 minutes before we could sit down. It was really worth the wait though. We had a platter with some meat and cheese and some bruschetta to start. It was really fresh, great quality and arrived really fast. The main courses didn’t disappoint even after such a great start! Fresh ingredients, great taste and a really good atmosphere really made a great night.

Some tips someone might have is that there is not that much space, it’s really busy (most of the time people where waiting to sit down) so the staff now and then forgets to bring something, and the furniture doesn’t match (although that actually makes the place so charming).
