Jalapeño — Restaurant in Genoa

The woman was very rude since our arrival, making a fuss about everything. Their cider was truly disgusting (I asked a friend to try it too and confirmed it was awful). I asked them to have it replaced but in the end they'd want me to pay for it although we couldn't manage to drink it. I'm sorry for them, since they have to deal with customers but seem to detest mankind.

Edit (didn't see the reply). It was not simply awful, but actually gone bad. Obviously, when other people had drank it before it was still good. Things like these can happen, especially during the Summer. Normally it should be the owner to make a quality check when customers complain, apologising instead of engaging in a power trip. On our side I apologise though because actually one of us brought some food to celebrate their birthday and we stayed to have other food and drinks. We should have gone somewhere else, but at the moment it would have looked as an exaggerated...

La ricezione che lascio di questo locale è già noto alla titolare perché espressamente detto di persona . TACOS congelati e non fatti sul posto come farebbero presagire i tempi di preparazione indicati sulla lavagna 20 minuti!!! Necessari in realtà solo per farli scongelare e provare a riproporli scaldati nuovamente al disappunto. Mi dispiace perché nello jalapeno vicino ora aperto solo a mezzogiorno ci siamo sempre trovati bene. Qui sembra ci sia un altra filosofia..... Per controbattere al commento della proprietaria ho dovuto fare una aggiunta alla ricensione Praticamente la mia ricensione è rivolta a chi come noi arriva in un locale ordina un "tacos" e si vede arrivare un grosso involtino tipo cinese croccante fuori e all'interno carne ancora congelata ecco la sostanza era questa.... Poi se il mio compagno ha voluto communicare con lei in spagnolo forse per fare un po' di pratica di spagnolo quello è un'altro paio di maniche hahahahahahaha. Grazie...
