Trattoria La Santa — Restaurant in Genoa

Thanks to a review I saw, we visited this place and it was exactly as described. "Authentic, seems to be frequently visited by locals". It is a nice cosy restaurant, we were a group of 14 and were lucky enough to get a table! The food was very authentic, good sized portion and great variety. It seems to be family runned and they're friendly. If you are looking for a quick in-and-out meal, I wouldn't suggest this place as it's more catered for those looking to slowly enjoy their meal....

We were sent here by the owner of the coffee bar around the corner. What a great find. Calm and authentic atmosphere and very nice simple authentic Genovese food. We went with our three sons (2, 6 and 7) and they were kind and welcoming and so were the other people in the restaurant.
