While the food here is fine and I enjoyed it, my experience was marred by the unacceptable behavior of one of the staff members. The individual with golden teeth (unfortunately, I'm not aware of his name) displayed overtly racist behavior. I witnessed him scolding an Indian girl, shouting at her in a manner that was completely unprofessional.

His comments, implying that her upbringing or cultural background were somehow inferior, were not only uncalled for but also disturbing. As someone whose livelihood depends on customer satisfaction, such behavior is unacceptable.

I hope management takes note of this incident and addresses the issue to ensure a more welcoming environment for all patrons.

Honestly it's a nice and cozy place, I've been here with my friends but I've encountered something which I wanted to share. Apparently some beggars come there too and one of them tried not just touching me and some of my friends but also many other girls with short dresses! (I mention short dressed because the guy kept staring at them (especially under the dress) while sitting just a table apart from them since they were sitting at a higher level table than him and followed them around trying to have a conversation when they moved away and tried multiple times to touch them and when he couldn't he tried with some other girl. That's unbelievable for such a coffee joint, I expected better! When they come in, the whole bar smells very bad, there are some which also ask for money from you!

Parliamoci chiaro: questo locale è il parente povero, anzi, poverissimo di Starbucks che, sappiamo bene, a parte l'area soppalcata con servizio al tavolo dello SB di piazza Cairoli, è già di per sé un posto assolutamente sudicio. Qui siamo proprio a livello trash. La clientela è allineata al locale. Non è che sia fatta dagli ultimi della terra, quelli sono i non-clienti che si impossessano dei tavolini fuori con le birre comprate (o, più realisticamemte, rubate) da un qualche discount vicino, ma sicuramente dai penultimi. Oltre che da un qualche malcapitato turista che, pensando di essere in centro a Milano, si aspetta di entrare in un bel posto. La cosa inquietante è proprio questa: è un locale in super centro, eppure è fatiscente, sudicio e frequentato tipo kebabbaro di Quarto Oggiaro. Ho ordinato un americano. Era una brodaglia generica, dal sapore non meglio definito, fatta al 99,9% di acqua oltre il bollente (era almeno a 100 milioni di gradi) e allo 0,1% da un qualcosa che forse era il lontano parente del caffè. I suoi 3,20€ decisamente non erano adeguati alla qualità del prodotto. Mi sono seduto a uno dei tavolini all'interno, circondato dall'umanità di cui sopra, con l'aggiunta di 2 ragazzi che avevano finito di bere qualcosa ormai da 30 miniti ma sono rimasti seduti a guardare in silenzio ciascuno il proprio cellulare, e altri 2 che bevevano 2 birre, e forse erano le loro decime. Ho resistito poco: per via del livello infimo del posto, della qualità inaccettabile del caffè e della clientela di bassissimo profilo, sono uscito e ho buttato la brodaglia nel primo cestino dei rifiuti che ho trovato. È un peccato, perchè pochi anni fa non era così trash. Sono stati evidentemente tagliati i costi di gestione e dei prodotti, cose palesi dal luridume sparso ovunque e dal sapore ignobile. Unica nota positiva, il ragazzo che mi ha servito: era un bravo cristo, molto gentile. Per il resto, posti così andrebbero asfaltati perchè danno una pessima immagina della città e dello schifo in cui è ormai ridotta a causa della altrettanto disgustosa giunta fatta da quegli squallidi individui corrotti moralmente di centro sinistra. In sintesi: girate al largo e alle prossime comunali non votate più gli esseri ignobili che infestano il comune di una città...
