Cioccolatitaliani — Restaurant in Milan

Horrible service, overpriced food. We waited half an hour and still didn't have our drinks. Then we reminded the waitress of our order and she then brought out 2 of the piadine we ordered but without knives or forks. The waitress said she would bring us some but as we saw her serving other tables, we reminded her of the missing knives and forks and she then said that there were no knives and forks available because they were all being washed in the kitchen. After a few more minutes, we asked a different waiter for knives and forks and he immediately brought us some from inside - strange... After having to ask repeatedly when our drinks and the other two remaining meals were coming, we were very annoyed with the service. The place overcharged us in the end. Would never go...

I’ve been in this place before several times and everything was perfect before today. My order is always the same, camomile tea and a cup of milk chocolate with strawberries, from the first bite I realized it wasn’t milk chocolate, but the guy continued arguing with me lying that’s its milk. I know how milk tastes. Then he said they they are out of milk chocolate. What? It’s a cafe which has chocolate in its name, how can you be out of chocolate when it’s your main dish?! The guy in blue shirt was really unpleasant. I asked for the bill and I was waiting really long, while they were serving other customers who came after me. Does it look like they don’t have...

It was awful. The waiters were extremely rude, when we came to the caffee one of them shouted at us to sit down if we want to eat there. They were also talking about us behind our back in italian, we clearly understand that we were the topic and not in the good way. The service was really slow, when we sat down the waiter didn't come for at least 15 minutes, althought the caffee was empty (but they were busy talking about us) and we didn't get our gelato for another 15 minutes. On the top, I didn't even get what I ordered...the gelato and the bottled ice tea was also really expensive, especially with this kind of treatment. I wouldn't recommend...
