I ordered the smallest Poke box for €10 to takeaway, but the guy charged me the largest poke box for €14…It was my fault not to double check the receipt, but he told me it was €10 while I paid at cashier. How could he charge me for €14 even he told me it was €10 during I paid it with my credit card in front of him. Watch out this shop, otherwise he’s gonna charge youguys more than you order. It was 21:04 May 5th 2025. Operator was TITOLARE. Document No. is 0979-0251. Thanks.

Sono una cliente abituale quando vengo in stazione e devo affrontare un viaggio abbastanza lungo. Oggi ho preso una poke large, con neanche si può definire una manciata di salmone! Pago 15€ e mi ritrovo neanche tre pezzi di salmone. Non voglio fare insulti di provenienza, ma in questo caso a servirmi era un ragazzo indiano. Penso che però le porzioni vengano decise dall’alto! Cambiate quest’ottica perché molte persone noto che dalle recensioni dicono la stessa cosa! Poke di 15€ tutte verdure e neanche una manciata di proteine, ma siete normali!

Хорошее место, чтоб перекусить перед дорогой или взять еду с собой в поезд. Был тут много раз, каждый раз оставался доволен. Вкусные свежие ингредиенты, приятный персонал. Пока это для меня лучшая еда на вокзале. Особенно учитывая что на вокзалах все обычно так себе, а тут прямо и не чувствуется, что это место на вокзале. Посидеть у них тоже приятно.

Super horrible service! Bought a large poké bowl & the staff returned my change in coins (5 cents, 10 cents & 20 cents) instead of dollar bills & even have the audacity to chuckle when she passed the coins to me & it fell on the table. Went back to buy a second bowl & to clear the coins which she gave me but she refused to accept the coins & claimed that they only accept cards AND EVEN DENIED passing those coins to me. In the end, a really nice couple came into the shop & made the payment with card & took the coins from us. Really appreciate this kind couple’s help.

Will not recommend this shop

The food tastes good. It’s not remarkable but it’s not “meh” either. However, for its price, it can be a little cheaper for the taste it offers.
