Bad service. Too much waiting even if you are in the restaurant. So I called them one day giving them an order to make it within 45 mins. By the time I arrived there, still not prepared. So I told them to prepare it, in 30 mins. Then I went for a walk. After I come still not prepared. They said that a big order came so they had to deal with it. They asked me to wait another 20 mins. I said OK. Then I came home. Never ever go that place. They don't have a CHEF. Everyone is cooking there. Except for that creepy looking guy with curly hair. You can't go there with a family. Full of drinkers. BAD PLACE...

Entrare in questo locale è come varcare la soglia di un altro mondo, un mondo dove l'atmosfera è calda e avvolgente, il profumo di caffè inebriante e il sorriso di Gabriela... beh, il sorriso di Gabriela è qualcosa di indescrivibile. Gabriela è la barista che tutti vorrebbero avere: bella da togliere il fiato, ma anche gentile, professionale e sempre pronta a consigliarti il drink perfetto per la tua giornata. Prepara cocktail che sono vere e proprie opere d'arte, con una cura e una passione che si percepiscono in ogni sorso. E poi c'è il caffè, un caffè così buono che ti fa dimenticare tutti i problemi. E i pasticcini, perfetti per accompagnare il caffè o per una coccola pomeridiana. Al Nelson mi sento a casa. È il posto ideale per rilassarsi, chiacchierare con gli amici o semplicemente godersi un momento di tranquillità. E se poi c'è Gabriela a rendere tutto ancora più speciale, beh, allora il Nelson diventa davvero il mio angolo di paradiso. Consiglio a tutti di provare il Nelson, non ve ne pentirete!
