Wow, just wow, I have NEVER met such friendly staff! Serena is an angel! I'm sure they are erecting a monument for her in heaven. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal here, great food, I had the burger with a side of chips, Serena was only to happy to put my fresh juice into my drink bottle to reduce environmental impact, all the products are either recycled or biodegradable and made from organic matter the cutlery is made of corn, not plastic! All the food is vegan and organic, the cakes and sweets are delicious clearly made with love! The coffee blew my mind, I feel like doing a Harry Potter camp out over night waiting for them to open tomorrow! I'll be back for sure!

We stopped in Radicetonda for a quick aperitivo before dinner. On reflection we should have gone somewhere else. Staff - a mixed group. Some are very friendly and happy to help. Others are hipster-bleak and pretty unhelpful. Food - the offerings with aperitivo were poor to middling. There's no need for vegan food to taste so bland. Drinks - of the drinks we ordered the G&T and Spritz were both commented on as being weak and low quality. The wine, however, was okay. Atmosphere - it's an attractive, shabby chic venue. Unless you're specifically looking for a vegan offering, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Nice vegan place. We took a cake (castagnaccio) and a focaccia. The stuff didn't explain me correctly what a castagnaccio was 😅 I've been told it's made with hazelnuts, but I think that it's made with chestnuts. I expected to get a hazelnut cake but got something different. It's nice to try something different sometimes. The only thing is that I think there was orange peel in the cake and I didn't find it necessary, because it overpowered the taste of the cake. And I didn't taste any other flavor except for the orange peel... The atmosphere is very nice and cozy.

Made a short trip through Italy with the Happy Cow app..starting from Como, Florence, CinqueTerre and ending up in Milan. I’ve seen big prices, ‘normal’ prices. Tried to eat in lots of / only vegan spots. Of course it’s different for everybody’s experiences, but for us this spot was the best so far. Check the pics. And the price for: 2 meals, a burger, 2 drinks, cake, was just 37,70. And mostly GLUTEN-FREE. (I ate less then the half of it some were else for around 50/60€.) Vegan food might seem cheap for lots of people cause they basically ‘think’ it’s just vegetables. But good descent vegan food requires lots of work and knowledge of flavors/herbs. It’s not just prepared like that. Where you get mostly bowls/plates of ‘salad’ with fries ...here you get FOOD! We loved it. The only think we regret is that we stayed to much somewhere else instead of a day longer in Milan. Thanks again for filling our belly just before our long trip and thanks...

"RADICETONDA IS A VORTEX OF COSMIC ENERGY AND KALE"

The moment I entered Radicetonda, the universe cracked open. The air smelled of thyme and ancient wisdom. My third eye blinked. I ordered, trembling, as the cashier radiated an aura of beetroot enlightenment.

The first bite? TRANSCENDENCE. The tofu dissolved like a dream on my tongue, unlocking memories of lives I’ve never lived. The zucchini spirals whispered my true name. Every dish was a riddle, a portal, a cosmic handshake between Earth and the stars.

Mid-meal, a ray of sunlight broke through the clouds, illuminating my plate like a divine spotlight. I heard plants singing in harmony—radishes, carrots, fennel. A single tear rolled down my cheek as I realized: this isn’t a restaurant. It’s the axis mundi, the center of everything.

Radicetonda didn’t just feed me—it rebirthed me. Eat here only if you’re ready to leave your mortal...

Ma mi state prendendo in giro? Sull'acqua in plastica no comment, mi sento veramente preso in giro, spero che quanto meno le caraffe vengano introdotte il prima possibile....
