ZUCCHEROeSALE - Panificio Pasticceria — Restaurant in Milan

Fantastic cappuccino and croissants of all kinds, with lemon, marmalade, pistachio and plain for morning breakfast. Excellent focaccia, olive bread, and pizzas and more for lunch and dinner. Super kind service from the morning staff as well as in the evening, in my experience. Interesting to see the bakers tossing dough and making their creations in the kitchen. I read some complaints about pricing, but the prices charged strike me as reasonable given the high quality products...

31 gennaio, pomeriggio, sono andata in pasticceria “Zucchero e Sale”.

Ho chiesto la torta e cappuccino CREMOSO. Cappuccino per me Importante, e pago sempre di più, se preparano Bene.

Barista ha fatto il cappuccino Schiumoso con bollicine. (Chi sa, quante volte era montato quel latte). NON ho taccato neanche la tazza.

Alla fine, ho detto, che voglio pagare solo per la torta. Barista ha cominciato INSISTERE, che ha preparato cappuccino Veramente cremoso.

Già ero infastidita (da TUTTO suo servizio) e ho risposto: “Fa schifo!”Ovviamente intendevo cappuccino.

(Soltanto dopo ho capito, come mai sono sfuggite quelle parole. Ho fatto Migliore scuola di ristorazione nel mio paese. Rispetto lavoratori del questo settore.

Invece, ho notato subito, che barista fa servizio, che tutto sarà conveniente soltanto per LUI. Mette in imbarazzo! )

Dopo di quella mia frase, barista ha cominciato quasi gridare: “Fa schifo LEI!” (( Per essere proprio soddisfatto, ha ripetuto DUE VOLTE questa frase DAVANTI TUTTI CLIENTI!

Mentre io pagavo, continuava SCREDITARE. Aiutava AGGREDIRE anche sua collega, commessa.

Quando ho letto recensioni negative di quella pasticceria, penso anche io, che quella persona, non è semplice barista, invece è proprietario.

Comportamento di lui è SCIOCCANTE! Il mio opignone, che La persona è MOLTO PREPOTENTE e AGGRESSIVA!

I used to come here for lunch sometimes and it was ok till today when the guy who served us was a way too aggressive. He literally was about to start to yell at me because I asked him if he had another dish of risotto except the one that was exposed at vitrina. He just yelled at me so I left the place. Guys it wasn't pleasant experience at all. Why to risk if there are plenty other...
