Ciro a Santa Lucia — Restaurant in Naples

This was recommended by our Taxi Driver Ciro as it was his restaurant, thankfully it did not disappoint.

Food was great, the area is around the corner of a busy tourist trap area, this place was fairly quiet and peaceful, no tourist prices, food was great, would definitely recommend if you're in the area and looking for local food.

I highly recommend walking atleast 500 meters away from the tourist areas in order to find the gems where locals go to, those places usually end up being cheaper and better in every way.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Don't be fooled by good recension here! DO NOT EAT HERE! Waiters like to steal your money and they try to act nice !!! First evening in Naples, after arrival we went out to eat here. Food was ok, but sadly, the whole experience was ruined by an arrogant waiter who stood behind our back until we were forced to choose from the menu and then making negative gesticulation towards us for not leaving a 6€ tip at the end (which we did after all..) After getting totally ignored at Ba-Bar Kitchen we walked down the street and found this lovely place. We had very quick service and our drinks within minutes. Food was very good and service from several staff members was pleasant and efficient. They had no problem letting us linger with our drinks after lunch. Thank you for rescuing our afternoon.
