Do. Not. Dine. Here. If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered four pizzas, but they got the order wrong and gave us a wrong pizza. We had ordered a mushroom pizza but got another one instead. When I tried to explain this to the waitress, she refused to listen and was very disrespectful, trying to gaslight us into thinking that we had indeed ordered the exact four pizzas that they brought. But she had repeated our order back to us twice when she took it but for some reason did not want to correct the mistake. She then came back and tried to reason with us and say that two of the other pizzas had some mushrooms on them as if to say that fact should be enough to rectify their error. When we got the bill, the bill even had a mushroom pizza on it but was missing one of the pizzas that we actually ended up getting as well as two other pizzas that we did not order. Imagine that. To add insult to injury, none of the four pizzas we got tasted good. They were all soggy and bland. Get a pizza somewhere else in Naples and avoid the...
Read moreFood is good. No comment on that. But they try to pull cliche Napolitan tourist traps on you. Just beware. First, we asked if we could pay separately as we are a large group of 14 and they said ‘if cash yes, if card no’. And I agreed to pay for the whole group after realizing they had exceptionally slow service. Then, they changed the price of the wine from what was written on the menu after our order. Final surprise was the best: they could not accept card anymore, it had to be all in cash. The waiter told me that I have to follow him to a random ATM, insert my card and withdraw €200. I declined for obvious reasons! Then, all persons in our group had to pay individually, which was a mess as some people didn’t have cash and we were confused about who...
Read moreThe pizzas were good, but they put whatever ingredients they have, thinking you don't know anything and won't realise. They tried to convince us that the pizza ragu and pizza margharita were the same. We ordered with ragu, but they didn't have it, so they put just tomato in the pizza, and when we asked, they explained that that is the real ragu, like we were stupid. Same happened with the pizza diavola, where they didn't put pepperoncino and the same with the ragu pizza fritta. We speak fluently Italian, so no miscommunication happened. Overall, good quality food, but not especially better to other places and here they take the piss out of tourists, (like they say in many other reviews, which we had ignored 😅) ,...
