WATCH OUT - tourist trap!!!! We ended up in this little restaurant on the recommendation of Culture Trip - normally one of my preferred and a reliable source for good restaurants and places to visit.

Honestly, this place was pretty much a ripoff and tourist trap!

The service was weak and felt dodgy - the waiter recommended some platters and went away without really explaining the content, nor taking the order. I had to chase after him to get an overview about what he took as an order, and getting the prices straight.

There was no cook involved, plates, like the salad had been pre-prepared, and the waiter prepared the food on the grill, visible, that he was lacking experience in this. Food quality was below mediocre: the seafood and fish didn’t taste fresh at all, and we went afterwards directly to a bar to gab some grappa to avoid eventual side effects…

To sum up with, the price - quality ratio is below Italian...

Decided to try Sicilian seafood and didn't regret! Everything was fresh and cooked almost right in front of me. I chose the 20€ menu and received the following: 1) starter - seafood mix (octopus, mussels, and a common eaten mollusk which name I forgot 😅); 2) pasta with seafood (not only mussels); 3) swordfish (but you can choose anything else). In addition, I was served with water, tasty white wine (but you can choose cola as well) and limoncello.

The service was great, personnel helped me with making the decision on menu as well as served dishes in time.

After eating here I didn't get poisoning as well! So I would highly recommend...

We were really happy to supposedely have found an authentic Sicilian restaurant. The menu was small and the prices really great (10€ for as well Primi Piatti and Secondi Piatti), so we decided to have dinner here. We ordered 2 whole fish, calamari and three small salads. When the food finally came after a long time, it was overcooked and had no taste at all. For drinks we had a bottle of water and three cokes. The final bill managed to be 74€, which is not at all comprehensible. In addition, one of us got food poisoning in the night and since we only had some focaccia and coffee for breakfast, it is very likely it came from the fish. Do...
