Goethe Pizzeria — Restaurant in Palermo

The owners and employees are racist!! We came here twice for convenience since it was just around the corner from where we were staying. First night we ordered a pizza and it was great. Second night we ordered the calzone diavoli which came with mozzarella, salame piccante and pomodoro. Instead we got a calzone made with copious amounts of onion and olives stuffed with anchoives. Not at all what we ordered. They were snickering and constantly looking at us while we waited for our order since we wanted it take away, and thinking back, our order was ready in less than 5 minutes. We believe they gave us a calzone that was already made and they just warmed it up again. Extremely disappointing since we enjoyed our pizza from the night before. We are very well traveled so even though we speak little Italian, we could tell something was up. Tramite Just Eat abbiamo ordinato 3 familiari e che dire 2 tra queste veramente messe male quindi richiamiamo per una lamentela e magari farci cambiare queste 2 pizze bruciate e il condimento tutto sparso ci rispondo che sta arrivando il ragazzo . Il ragazzo viene guarda le pizze e anche lui si accorge delle condizioni delle pizze dicendoci che se le porta indietro e c’è li fa rifare fino a qui tutto ok fino a quando non ci arriva la chiamata del ragazzo che ci dice vi sto mettendo le pizze nella ascensore ve la chiamate e ve le prendete arrivati in ascensore anziché trovare le 2 pizze troviamo 25 euro dei 39 pagati quindi nel dubbio di capire cosa stesse succedendo chiamiamo di nuovo la pizzeria che ci dice che ci stava chiamando per dirci che le pizze erano finite e quindi in fine abbiamo pagato una familiare immangiabile con patatine e salme 14 euro divisa per 12 persone che sono rimaste digiune per la loro serietà complimenti sconsiglio a chiunque questa pizzeria se non vuole fare la stessa fine nostra vi allego qualche foto per...
