Best food I had in Italy.
I had the Pistachio and Speck pasta dish and it was hands down the best dish I had in Italy, topping what pasta I had in Rome. I was even using their homemade bread to wipe the bowl clean.
My partner had the fish in sauce spaghetti and enjoyed it very much.
We both shared the Tuna Tataki, sadly this was overcooked, but after us showing this to the waitor he took it back to the kitchen to check with the chef and informed us that they were remaking it. Minutes later an even bigger slab of tuna hits our table that was cooked to perfection and became my favourite fish dish that I had in Italy
Despite only serving wine and a couple of beers, the waitor was extremely accomodating and brought our off menu requested drink out with glee and a cheeky "shh" . We had not known it was not on offer when we asked, but extremely happy to have been drinking it after the long hot day.
The only major complaint would be that they were understaffed and had only one waitor serving the whole restaurant. That man needs a raise, he was a one man army! Despite him being alone he deftly handled the tables with grace, empathy and kindness. Even with the mask, you knew he was smiling at you in every interaction. Other than this, the only minor thing to note is that some butter or oil for the bread would have been welcome, but this seems the norm in Italy.
I would definitely recommend dining here. We were a part of a large party of 10 and due to covid restrictions had to be sat separately (rightly so as we were inside), but this did not stop us from having an amazing meal and good time.

Premetto che già conoscevamo il locale per aver mangiato lì qualche volta a cena ma non avevamo mai provato l'aperitivo. Il costo è di 18 € a persona comprensivo di un dessert a persona a scelta tra quelli disponibili. Il loro aperitivo è diverso dal classico aperitivo a cui siamo abituati, e questo ha incuriosito di più la ma scelta. Comprendeva a persona: Gamberone in pasta Kataifi con salsa Oppì (base maionese, agrumata con con aggiunta di lemon grass); Cestino di Kataifi con confettura agli agrumi, pesce spada affumicato e caviale ai frutti di bosco; Panino gourmet con polpo, petali di zenzero, salsa Oppì e salsa al timo; Panino gourmet con calamaro, paprika dolce e curcuma; Millefoglie di panelle con mousse al formaggio, prosciutto crudo e capocollo; Tabisky con caponata di pesce spada ; Tabisky con moussedi formaggio, peperoncino dolce e fava tonka; Polpetta di seppia con caponata bianca di mele; Panisse ( sono stick lunghi preparate con farina di ceci) in sala BBQ; Mini hamburgher di pesce spada ; Come dessert abbiamo preso Ciurros agli agrumi con salsa ai frutti di bosco e Torta con mousse di ricotta mandorle e fonduta di cioccolato fondente Il tutto è stato consegnato in un apposito Box con all'intero dei recipienti che contenevano ogni pezzo singolarmente e sono arrivati intatti, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti da tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato, sapori nuovi e accostamenti che non avremmo mai immaginato. Io ho mangiato per ultimo il cestino di Kataifi con confettura agli agrumi, pesce spada affumicato e caviale ai frutti di bosco, mangiato tutto insieme si sentono esplodere in bocca le sfere di frutti di bosco che lasciano quel sapore di freschezza finale. Read moreThis is an excellent place for dinner. It is a very nice place; I mean the interior, with stone walls and modern furniture, and great lighting. We had a bruschetta as an appetizer; easy to share for two people. Then we had a porcini mushroom risotto and ravioli with the walnut sauce. Both dishes were excellent. The dessert was an orange- lemon fondata - wonderful! Add a bottle of white Sicilian wine and it was a perfect night. We were full; there was no space for the main course. The service was implacable. The lady who was our server was wonderful- helpful, friendly and prompt. And funny! I cannot to recommend this...
