The food was good, but the service was terrible. We joined our friends for dinner in this restaurant. They were already eating, so we ordered. The pasta arrived quickly, but unfortunately we weren’t given cutlery and our friends had to gave us theirs. There also wasn’t any bread given for finishing up the pasta, which I thought was customary in all Italian restaurants. Then we ordered dessert and we waited ONE HOUR for it. When after approximately 30-40 minutes we asked where was our dessert the waiter couldn’t answer, they promised it will be just there, and then we waited another 10-15 minutes. We weren’t offered any compensation or discount for the delay. As per food, the pistachio pasta was okay, tasty but I’ve tried better, and the same goes for my partner’s carbonara with tuna. Chocolate suflet was delicious, but definitely not worth waiting one hour for. Moreover, my friend who ordered the same dessert, just earlier, received 2 scoops of gelato, and I’ve gotten just one. The prices are on the higher side compared to other restaurants in Palermo, pasta was around 15€, the dessert was 7€. Coperto was 2€. The restaurant is beautiful, but there’s many others and this one just wasn’t it.

We had walked past this place a few nights earlier and decided to go try it. SO glad we did! We literally had the usual pizza and pasta as we were too exhausted to think about what else to have. My husband says he had the best pizza of his life. After trying it, I'd agree. My pasta was extraordinary. We'd shared an appetiser which was equally delicious and surprising. We highly recommend this restaurant....I think we were the only non-italian speakers there, but were made to feel truly welcome by the staff. Despite our poor attempts at Italian, they were still kind and thoughtful. A very stylish, comforts and delightful restaurant. A must if visiting Palermo!

Overall excellent location. Wait staff and manager very accomodating. Some English spoken. Menus are Italian and English. Pasta options heavy on seafood. Pizza was good, in I believe Neapolitan style. Vegetables were a bit dry, but they were able to make a substitution for us. Everyone was very friendly even with a language barrier. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor patio is across from a beautiful city park with huge banyan trees. The ambience is wonderful. Would visit again.

Well…. The food was very good but the service was terrible last night. We know that there are cultural differences in Italy and dinners usually take longer. BUT we put in an order for a starter, a pasta, roasted tuna and grilled veggies. Everyone else around is was getting their food but we were not. And it took a long time until we could catch the server’s attention. The restaurant was crowded and they had a lot of servers but our order feel thru cracks :(

When we did get the roasted tuna, the plate was devoid of any kind of garnish so it did not look appealing: The slice of tuna next to a scoop of roasted red onions. Boring presentation but it was tasty; especially the sweet red onions. The pesto pasta was served in a pretty bowl so that was nice and it was delicious.

My husband told the head waiter how disappointing the experience was and he brought us two glasses of after- dinner wine complimentary.

Overall, even though the food was good, I don’t think we would go back or recommend this restaurant to fellow travelers. It was popular last night and there are many other wonderful reviews posted so maybe give it a shot.

Lastly, regarding the atmosphere, I would love it if they put the smokers in one section so that everyone else could enjoy a meal outdoors when it’s nice out. Cigarette smoke wafting over to your table if so gross. We usually sit inside for that reason but chose...

Food is amazing!! The service was a bit disappointing. We made a reservation for 6, instead of asking if we want to sit inside our outside, they wanted to put us inside (where hardly anyone wanted to sit) and then we had to wait 25 minutes for our table. Second, I used my napkin for the starter so I asked for a new one, and they gave me the used one of my friend?? We ordered a bottle of wine with 4 glasses, they gave us one glass of wine. This could be fixed easily but why would we order 3 drinks for 6 people? It’s a bit about being attentive. When we wanted our food to go, they gave us a box to pack it ourselves but removed all cutlery and napkins and we had to do it with our hands. Then they knew we wouldn’t purchase anymore after the desert and took forever to ask for the bill. Eventually I’d say hallo and wave at a waiter or literally said hello back and went to the next table… So all in all, AMAZING food but service could be improved. The short lady and the taller older man were...
