My wife and I are in Parma, and we were so glad we found Panificio Castagnoli Più. The desserts are incredible, with a wide variety, and the coffee is smooth and perfect. The atmosphere is welcoming and lively, and the service could not have been friendlier. Everything we tried, from pastries to savory options, was fresh and flavorful. A must-visit in Parma. I actually only went here to get an espresso but ended up seeing their magnificent range of food and stayed!

Staff were very friendly, speaking English, which helped me tremendously.

You order from a QR code and the food is brought to your table, very quick and efficient.

I ordered a mozzarella and tomato salad, delicious, and a huge, deep slice of... Sort of pizza with 'speck', a type of thin ham. It was incredible.

È stata un’esperienza estremamente negativa. Per la mattina del 1mo ottobre avevo ordinato 50 pizzette Margherita rotonde chiedendo espressamente che venissero confezionate in 3 vassoi separati( 20/15/15) perché sarebbero state consegnate in 3 ambulatori diversi dell’Ospedale Maggiore. Quando la mia domestica è andata per ritirarle mi ha avvisato che i vassoi erano solo 2 e molto voluminosi motivo per cui sarebbe dovuta andare a casa a piedi per poi ritornare in negozio a prendere la bicicletta perché non le avevano voluto dare delle borse. A quel punto ho chiesto di passarmi il telefono perché volevo parlare con chi l’avesse servita e in quel mentre si è sentita distintamente la voce di una donna che a voce alta ha detto stizzita “ chi cazzo è questa, che due palle”. Al telefono per parlare con me è venuto poi un ragazzo a cui ho detto che avevo sentito tutto e di dire a quella donna che dovrebbe vergognarsi per come si è permessa di rispondermi. ( il ragazzo si è scusato ) Aggiungo a questo , che le pizze che hanno avuto un costo di 83,90€, non erano le pizzette rotonde da me ordinate bensì tranci di pizza venduta a banco al taglio.
