Try another restaurant. For sure it is not the place to go. You will have a bad surprise and will not enjoy the time there. Zero for them. I only gave one star because there is no option to give negative stars. Also they don't accept bad reviews. Try to have a better service. Probably will change some reviews. They are also rude and not professional. Soon they will go out of business. I went there and it is the worst service and they are totally lost attending us. Probably they start the business not a long time ago. They took so long to attend, so long to bring the drinks, so long to bring the food and the bill I didn't wait. The best way and the fastest was to go direct to the cashier to pay and they didn't know if I asked a coffee or desert when I went to pay. Free wifi. They answer that they have free wifi however if you don't have the password. Hahaha. I asked two times and they didn't give the password or at least explained that it is not available for customers. When we passed through there we were thinking that was full because it was a good place. No it is because they are reaaaaaaly slow serving. And everybody there were waiting for the food or for the bill or for the coffee more than usually you have to wait in the worst restaurant. Tourists scorched and caught with surprises. After a long day of travel and arriving in Parma late on a Sunday night we were strolling around the city center and most restaurants were closed ant happened to walk by Atmosfera and decided to give it a try. Being on a trip in Italy didn't expect to be trying Greek food but I am so glad that we did. First and foremost the owner of the restaurant could not have made us feel more welcome. In Italy we found customer service to be above and beyond what we receive in the United States, but this place stuck out above anywhere else. I would like to convey a big thank you to the owner for making our night fantastic. But not only was the staff very friendly, but the food was fantastic! I ordered Greek while my wife ordered Italian and both of our meals blew us away! She ordered the Pumpkin Ravioli while I ordered the Pork Gyro and I'm not food write so lack any verbiage to do the food justice but "Wow!" We were welcomed warmly by the Chef owner who takes great pride in his Greek heritage and explained to us that he brought back his recipes from Greece and makes en effort to keep them authentic. You can sense his passion and you can taste it in the food.

We had a nice bottle of Malvasia wine which went very well with the appetizers we ordered. The saganaki was crisp and perfectly cooked while the shrimp saganaki was delicious, in a tomato sauce topped with broiled feta cheese.

I ordered the Gyro plate and the pork was absolutely delicious. Flavorful and crispy with authentic flavor. It came with excellent tzaziki to dip the fluffy pita in, as well some tomatoes and onions and crispy potatoes, which were incredibly fluffy on the inside and perfectly seasoned. The Greek salad was also a generous portion and contained very fresh vegetables and a generous slab of feta.

Overall, it was a great change of pace from the traditional Italian meals we had been having while in Parma and it was nice to find authentic Greek food in the heart of the city made by a...
