We went on Saturday night. We had been turned away from 3 places before this as it was "Saturday night" so everywhere was "booked" (despite most restaurants looking half empty!), so we were getting annoyed. We saw this place and thought we may as well try. We were immediately greeted with a "prego" and were able to choose a table.

After experiencing some of the fine dining in Perugia we craved some simple vegetarian food. Based on the choices on the menu, we chose this traditional trattoria for our final dinner. ESPERIENZA PESSIMA, DISORGANIZZATI E NON PROFESSIONALI. Ci siamo recati presto questa trattoria oggi in vista dell’eurochocolate, intorno alle 12.15. Visto l’afflusso di clienti non abbiamo trovato subito posto ma ci è stato detto di ritornare intorno alle 13.30 che ci avrebbero liberato e tenuto il tavolo. Siamo tornati all’ orario stabilito (DA LORO) ma, colei che credo sia la caposala, ci ha cacciato in malo modo. Abbiamo fatto presente ciò che ci aveva detto il collega ma se ne è fregata continuando a tenere il punto e non provando minimamente a risolvere la situazione. Peccato perché avremmo potuto concludere la mattinata con un bel pranzo e invece alle 14 siamo ancora in giro a stomaco vuoto e senza un tavolo in alcun locale vista la folla di gente presente. Sconsiglio assolutamente questo posto a tutti. Non esiste essere trattati in questo modo e non è assolutamente giustificato un comportamento del genere. Questo evento è molto pubblicizzato e loro come tutte le altre attività presenti dovrebbero sapersi organizzare a dovere e ovviamente saper svolgere il proprio mestiere con educazione e rispetto verso i clienti.
