Went there last night, whole experience wouldnt be more than 3,5 stars. Food was good, better average. Big portion for suprisingly good price in city center. Location right on square, so you dont have to go far. Seating outside and indoor (outdoor seating couvert is 2€, while inside 1,50€). Atmosphere not really good. It seemed like a nice restaurant from photos, then you enter and in front of you right in middle big TV with sound. Also the lights, tablets - doesnt feel really well thought. But the main reason why im giving 3 stars is lack of interest from servers. Ive counted one server outside, 6 (including bartender inside). The whole time max 2 of them were actually working, the rest being on phone, chatting, poking each other. It felt very very unprofessional and ruined the whole atmosphere. We were three tables inside and yet, one of the tables had to left because they've messed up order, the other table wasnt happy either. Great location and well priced for a decent sized meal. Not quite the best place for pizza in Centro and the food isn’t consistently amazing but it is always good enough regardless. The atmosphere outside is a dream. If you’re lucky there are buskers around the area and you get to eat and drink while listening to live music! The indoor space is ok but if you can, it is worth the wait to sit outside! The servers appear indifferent but they do their jobs well. This is not like in the US or Canada where they have to be almost “aggressively polite” for a tip. I’ve dined here with my family many times and the wait staff are all very kind. Their house white wine is really good but they do offer a variety of local wines by the bottle as well. The mixed grill for about €30 is a good deal especially if you have hungry carnivores. A metà aprile, insieme ad un’amica, abbiamo deciso di festeggiare qui le nostre lauree. Dire che hanno fatto un disastro è riduttivo. Innanzitutto, avendo un numero di invitati tale che andava a riempire quasi tutto il locale, ci saremmo aspettate che ci avessero riservato tutta la sala e così non è stato, costringendoci a spazi stretti. In secondo luogo, non appena siamo arrivate, ci siamo accorte che avevano apparecchiato per un numero di persone inferiore di almeno 5 o 6 rispetto al numero degli invitati. Quando glielo abbiamo comunicato, hanno cercato di rimediare, creando dei posti di fortuna, facendo stare gli invitati in un luogo ancora più angusto, perché in una porzione della sala vi erano dei clienti che non c’entravano nulla con le lauree. Più volte nell’arco dei colloqui telefonici avvenuti precedentemente, avevamo ribadito che tra gli invitati ci sarebbero state delle persone con alcune esigenze particolari, tra cui: vegetariani e celiaci e loro ci avevano rassicurate dicendo che non ci sarebbero stati problemi. Inutile dire che si sono ritrovati impreparati a creare dei menu di fortuna e non ad hoc, come per il resto degli altri invitati. Va sottolineato che alle persone celiache hanno presentato un piatto contente del pane con glutine; se l’avessero mangiato avrebbero rischiato lo shock anafilattico! La tagliata, scelta come seconda portata del menù, era cotta in maniera completamente sbagliata. Per concludere, loro si sono occupati anche di commissionare ad una pasticceria le nostre torte di lauree. Erano state ordinate una mimosa e una millefoglie: risultato? Le due torte erano completamente di un’altra tipologia, perciò non sono stati nemmeno in grado di prendere l’ordinazione delle torte. L’ultimo atto di questo scempio è stato che, considerato tutti i disagi arrecateci nell’arco della serata, mi sarei aspettata una sconto sul conto, che, ovviamente, non è mai arrivato. Siete davvero vergognosi, se non siete in grado di gestire degli eventi in cui c’è un numero un po’ più elevato di persone da servire, delle quali alcune hanno delle esigenze alimentari particolari, abbiate l’onestà di non prendervi carico di tali responsabilità.
