This location works a bit weird because they let Indian? Bangladesh? Or Pakistan? (you get the picture) guys to run their OWN BATHROOM CLEANING BUSINESS within this location. So the rule is if you have a receipt from McDonald, you can use the bathroom for free. 1 Euro spent on food = 1 person free or something like that....Meaning, if you bought 3 Euro worth of food at this McDonald, I guess 3 people can use the bathroom for free. The problem is, the guy at the door of the bathroom do not follow it and HE IS NOT THE MCDONALD's EMPLOYEE. He first demands that you pay 50 cents. If you show him a receipt, then he gets upset and HE YELLS in Italian and makes a very aggressive gesture for you to go ahead. I spent 3,50 Euro on Coffee and pastries. My mom went to use the bathroom while we were waiting for our snack and the guy at the bathroom demanded that she would pay 50 cents. My mom showed him the receipt, and he snatched a receipt out of her hand, yelled at her as if he was going to fight her; this is BEYOND BEING RUDE. IT'S DOWNRIGHT THREATENING. She was very upset when she came back from the bathroom. After we had our snack, my dad went to use the bathroom and of course the guy from the bathroom hell did the same thing and yelled at him because my mom used the bathroom already, so my dad has to pay. HUH? I wasn't even near the bathroom but I could still hear this guy yelling, so I ran to the bathroom and told him that we have a receipt. He yelled at me saying "It's my own business. I don't work for McDonald..."or something like that. So I brought the matter to supervisor/manager's attention. I went straight to the counter and demanded that McDonald's need to take care of the guy at the bathroom. Manager went to talk to him right away, but the guy saw me behind the manager and still yelled at her in Italian. I have no freaking idea what he said but from the way he spoke and the manager trying to figure out what was going on, I think he was lying about the situation. I showed the manager my receipt and she said with my receipt, 4 people can use the bathroom for free, and then she asked me how many people used it. I said 2, my mom and dad (there were only 3 of us). As I was answering back to her, he was STILL YELLING at us in Italian. She was yelling at him after she heard me out, and he was too. As I was getting ready to bite his head off, my parents pulled me out, so I had to leave the scene while manger was fighting with him. Everyone was looking and it was totally mortifying experience. Yeah, I can afford to pay 50 cents, but I refuse to be bashed on and get bullied by the "bathroom god from hell". It seems like this guy gets into altercation all the time since all the employees had their faces saying "wow, again....?" when I brought the matter to their attention. ADVICE: THE SUPERVISOR MUST GET RID OF THE BATHROOM GUY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CUSTOMER THINK THIS LOCATION HAS THE WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD. I understand that it's a busy location and too many people come and go to use the bathroom. So, yeah, you do need a system to take care of your bathroom, but you don't want a guy threatening your customers and...
Read moreI ordered on the app, but there was a problem. The order process did not go through and an error message came up. Unfortunately, the App only communicates in Italian, so I didn't understand exactly, I thought there was a problem with the cards. In the end, they managed to block the amount on our creditcards several times, and the order did not even arrive at the restaurant. It was peak time. "House of fools"... Nevertheless, the manager I reported the problem to was very helpful. In practice, he resolved the inconvenience within 1 hour in consultation with the company's headquarters. We got the blocked amounts back. I would also like to thank him and his colleague, who conscientiously tried to help! We spent a little more time than planned in the restaurant, but they compensated and solved the inconvenience! It turned out...
