He also forced us to give him our phones. I refused. He took my friend's phone, searched Google Maps without her permission, and gave a review of the restaurant. Huh??😡 We, as customers, have the right to review a restaurant, right? Why are you, the waiter, reviewing the restaurant? Why would you touch a customer's phone without permission? That's strange. He also persistently tried to exchange contact information with us. We refused. We didn't understand what he meant.

The price of the beer was different from what was indicated. The price tag said 4 euros, but the waiter said it was 6.5 euros.

Anyway, the two girls, who had traveled dozens of hours from Asia to Italy as tourists, had a very scary experience in this restaurant. Ci ha anche costretti a dargli i nostri telefoni. Ho rifiutato. Ha preso il telefono della mia amica, ha cercato su Google Maps senza il suo permesso e ha fatto una recensione del ristorante. Eh? Noi, come clienti, abbiamo il diritto di recensire un ristorante, giusto? Perché lei, il cameriere, sta recensendo il ristorante? Perché toccare il telefono di un cliente senza permesso? È strano. Ha anche cercato insistentemente di scambiare informazioni di contatto con noi. Abbiamo rifiutato. Non capivamo cosa volesse dire.

Il prezzo della birra era diverso da quello indicato. Il cartellino del prezzo diceva 4 euro, ma il cameriere ha detto che era di 6,5 euro.

Comunque, le due ragazze, che avevano viaggiato per decine di ore dall'Asia all'Italia come turiste, hanno avuto un'esperienza molto spaventosa in questo ristorante. Il ragazzo italiano ci ha spaventato e l'atteggiamento del cameriere è stato inappropriato e terribile per un ristorante. Ci sono stati molti altri atteggiamenti inappropriati e sgradevoli del cameriere, ma non voglio dedicargli altro tempo, quindi smetto...

Our Airbnb host recommended this place so we thought it would be good. Wish I’d read the reviews here first. Please read my review to the end, this place is a health hazard! The waiters were impatient and rude. They didn’t give us time to practice our Italian, which was ok as they were busy, but when my wife asked for a rare steak he asked if she was sure because girls don’t like steak cooked that way. I asked for fries with my steak and he suggested roast potatoes so I agreed. The steak came with greasy, cold roast potatoes but he then brought out two extra side plates for my and my wife. The final cherry on the cake was watching the chef, kitchen staff and waiters drop food on the floor, which they laughed and joked about, and then returning it to the pan. Disrespectful and utterly disgusting. The owners clearly don’t care about bad reviews, but disrespecting customers food this way deserves a closer look by the authorities. Avoid...

This restaurant is horrible. It is the worst I have ever tried. The service is extremely unacceptable. Can you imagine the boss/manager shouted at customers and grabbed the menu from customers’ hands and threw away? He basically cannot control his emotion. His EQ is very low. He would rather chat with customers but did not serve other customers in need. I tried many restaurants in Italy. Waiters and waitresses are always friendly that impressed me. But this boss of this restaurant is clearly not professional. He should learn how to respect customers.

The food is another problem. We ordered fish soup, vegetable soup and a pasta. The taste of the soups was very plain. The seafood in the soup was clearly not fresh. The pasta with tomato sauce should not be such spicy. This quality of food should not exist in Italy.
