Ristorante Osteria Dei Mille Pisa — Restaurant in Pisa

I don’t consider our experience positive at this restaurant. Food is ok but portions are small and it is way too expensive for what it is. The attitude of the boss/servant is not client oriented at all. We have an impression to bother him, even if there was nobody at the restaurant except us. He was limit rude while speaking and at the end billed a tax for covers(forks, knives etc) for our baby. How could you do that if the baby doesn’t even know how to use a fork.. Not recommend...

I visited on a Sunday and I was very disappointed. The restaurant filled up very quickly and it was very clear that they were understaffed for capacity. Furthermore I found a hair in my food, for which I was still charged. The water comped the cover charge but I don’t see how I can be charged for a dish I was unable to finish eating due to poor hygiene. Do not recommend, there are far too many better...

Simply the best of evening dinners. The food and wine choices were brilliant in what was a well created environment. Many thanks for a fantastic evening, could not have been better.
