This place is definitely not a place I would Recommend nor come back to. The service were poor and the waiting time for service were too long. We ended up with waiting 1-1,5 hours after order until everything were delivered. The whole order were not delivered at the end but this is just the basic stuff that should be in place. The food it self isn’t inedible but weren’t a delight either. All in all the I would have given a 1-2 stars for the food but the remaining experience just pulls this down. Food is flavorless and boring. Nothing exciting The better dish would be the deep fried seafood (octopus and shrimps. Price-wise It were not too expensive but the quality and execution were poor.

Very close to the Pisa tower but I do recommend to avoid this a few of these restaurants around the Pisa.

Nothing special, typical tourist restaurant that doesn’t care about customer service because they don’t have to. Location keeps them in business. Sat down relatively quick, ordered, and got the food in a decent time. This was the last time we saw our server for a very long time. We had a train to catch and so we sent the rest of our party out to wait on us while we paid. They blatantly ignored any gesture by us to get their attention. Dismissing us as “these Americans” while dealing other Italians before helping us. After a very long wait they brought out the ticket and did not like when we stated it should be 2 tickets because there were two parties. I really enjoyed eating at this place. The staff was sonkind and friendly, the girl there was giving us options in English about what to eat and what kind of wine we could have with that. The owner of the place told us about the "vino della casa chianti" which was so delicious, we drank 1.5 lt because It was so good and we even bought a bottle. The owner gave us as a present another bottle so we can try it as well. Food was delicious, the pizza 4 formaggi with nuts was really good. Toilette was clean and good.
