Ristorante Indiano Kamasutra — Restaurant in Pistoia

It was our very bad and very pathetic exp... during trip to Pistoia, we had kids walk very long to find Indian restaurant, But unfortunately owner did not allow us to sit down and Give us few sitting place as first floor ....which was noting it store room...later we asked why the ask us to give order asap, on Very psycho Waiter lady was walk in restaurant with very shouting voice our kids got scared and we decided to object this lady started shouting and trying to drop hot curry on my daughter who is 3yr old, when we came out this lady bang to door....it like these guys can serve food only to local ..and I will write Google to remove such place suggestions from there site.....very bad and Very Pathetic exp...in my whole like this mainly Pakistan Restaurant just using Indian name....and spoiling Indian names....out side world.....shame on such behave.......

Again, as I replied to you, this incident took place a year back. Where you wife Server food and shouting on small kids taking hot food over the kids is can burn...

We ordered takeaway and where not aware that you have to order rice separately. So be beware when you order to-go to also ask for rice. The curry was good, a little spicy for the kids, though. We explicitly asked for not spicy. Order took 45 minutes to be prepared

Nb for me service is also how well customer needs are met (eg kids -not spicy) and how long it takes to get the food. For us that was only 2 stars. We do eat a lot of indian food back home and it always comes with rice. That is why I think it is worth mentioning, so...

Gentilezza, pulizia, simpatia, professionalità ma soprattutto piatti spettacolari!

Siamo tornati dopo diverso tempo in questo piccolo, grazioso ristorantino. Beh... Dovremmo tornarci decisamente con più frequenza.

Abbiamo ritrovato la stessa eccellente qualità nei prodotti e nelle preparazioni, la stessa simpatia e cordialità di chi ci ha servito e qualche piatto nuovo.

Ottima la verdura allo spiedo cotta nel forno tipico, meravigliosi i gamberi e tutte le carni che abbiamo potuto assaggiare.

Lo mettiamo senza remore tra i migliori locali indiani mai provati e senza dubbio alcuno al primo posto nella zona di Pistoia e Prato.

Ultima piacevole sorpresa, i prezzi assolutamente onesti.

Lo consigliamo vivamente a tutti, sia a chi conosce questa cucina, sia a chi vuole imparare a conoscerla.

Dopo il terribile periodo del COVID, il ristorante adesso dispone di uno spazio all'aperto dove abbiamo potuto cenare in tranquillità, in un ambiente molto gradevole. È stata la migliore cena di sempre al Kamasutra e, possiamo ormai dirlo, in un ristorante indiano. A determinare questo nostro giudizio ha contribuito senza dubbio l'agnello che abbiamo gustato sia al curry che in salsa piccante. Da provare assolutamente perché non ci si crede che salse così elaborate (e gustosissime) riescano ad esaltare in quel modo il sapore della carne senza coprirlo.

Segnaliamo anche lo scrupoloso rispetto delle norme anticontagio al quale tutto il personale si attiene. E non è cosa scontata da altre...
