Very relaxing place located in the historic center of Polignano a Mare. Possibility to choose a seat in the garden by the old square or on the terrace overlooking the sea. Prices for drinks are higher, but it is worth paying one or two euros more, because the place has a modern style, an interesting menu and the quality of the drinks is impeccable + no coperto! A nice bonus was the live music as a local troubadour performed in front of the place (there are quite a few of them in the city in different places). I ordered a local variation on the popular aperol called aperol pugliese which appears on the table with the addition of local sweet red wine. An interesting combination which tastes a bit like Spanish sangria. I came across this drink for the first time and I really liked it. It is worth mentioning that it is quite a strong alcohol.
