This restaurant promotes seafood. The prices are reasonable given the incredible location, spotless facilities and delicious food. Wine is exceptional. The fish Risotto was delicious - top dish - incl perfect texture, the mixed plate of Scampi ended up all Scampi at my request (so they are flexible). Wish I'd tried the shrimps seared in cognac too.. Gabriele was friendly and let us sit on the water straight away and our waiter Lassen helpful and polite, speak 4 languages. My wife and I dined to our hearts content including a btle of wine + beer for 183 euro which for the location was excellent value and romantic. Turn up on time if you have a booking. Wow. Highly recommended.

This was aggressively delicious! I was not ready for how amazing the pasta dishes were going to be. The octopus and potatoes was so light and flavorful. I was caught off guard by the different approach to the lasagna and it was extravagant, you MUST try. The cocktail, I recommend which was created by the brother of Martina. The seafood pasta was mouthwatering, every bite. The dessert was a nice refreshing contrast. Definitely worth a visit to Portofino for this restaurant. Can I give it 6/5 stars?

The people who run this place are great! I came to positano last minute and was looking for a place to eat dinner for one. 5 or 6 places turned me away before the folks working here went out of their way to put an additional table down for me. They are awesome! Gnocchi was great, as was the tiramisu, and the other clientele in the tables near me! Got to try a lovely amaro, too. This restaurant was probably the best part of my short time in positano.

Our family stoped in for lunch after we got on the boat. Fish ravioli (took the picture a little late) is highly recommended. Service was very good. We booked a dinner reservation after. Update: we went back for dinner. Everyone had the fish ravioli that I had at lunch (because it was so good) I went with the fish soup for dinner and it I would recommend both dishes. Our only 2 meals in Portofino!

Una scoperta fantastica per puro caso. Abbiamo tentato di prenotare prima della nostra gita a Portofino in ansia di non trovare buon posto per mangiare. Loro vicino di quale non voglio citare il nome ha un sito che propone la prenotazione ma non funzionante. Ci siamo dette andiamo sul posto e speriamo di trovare. Invece abbiamo trovato un ristorante chiuso 😳 C’è ne stavamo la sul marciapiede a pensare e guardare quando il cameriere ha chiesto se dovevamo mangiare e noi dovevamo mangiare 😁Credevo forse un solito posto da turisti perché era pieno di turisti. NIENTE a fatto. E un ottimo posto per mangiare. Abbiamo mangiato pesce ovviamente. E che mangiata di pesce. Fatto a D.O.C. Niente da aggiungere. Personale super preparato che ti ascolta e poi ti consiglia. La cosa che adoro. Perché ti sentì preso in considerazione. Cameriere ci ha consigliato vino dopo essere stato lì ad ascoltare nostri “si” “no” “forse” “non lo so” per un quarto d’ora con sorriso e sala piena. Una pazienza da vero professionista. Se dovrò mai più portare qualcuno a Portofino a mangiare io andrò dritta da Loro. Grazie di averci fatto vivere “the lovely Portofino experience” 💛

We had an amazing dinner at Ristorante Lo Stella. The service was excellent; it was fast and the servers went out of their way to make sure we were happy with everything. We ordered the seared tuna and the prosciutto with melon. Both were delicious. The tuna was perfectly cooked. Large portions too. Beautiful location and atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant.
