I am a Japanese woman who was helped by a staff member at this store. I had lost my passport and needed to call the airport police to confirm its status. However, my phone was unable to make calls due to a SIM card issue. The store staff kindly lent me their phone. Furthermore, I couldn’t speak Italian, so I struggled to communicate with the airport staff. The store staff then took over the call and explained the situation in Italian on my behalf. Thanks to him, I was able to retrieve my passport and continue my journey around the world. When I tried to offer him money as a token of gratitude, he refused it with a smile and saw me off warmly. Daniele, Gaia and Aurora all made us feel warm and welcome from the beginning. There was a great atmosphere in the place and the food was outstanding. The pizza was fresh and authentic all made in house. All recommendations for food to me were outstanding and I couldn’t fault anything.
