Decided to go here for our first lunch in Rome based on the great reviews. Left feeling quite disappointed overall by the whole experience. We were shoved on a table for 2 in the very back corner of the restaurant, despite there being tables closer to the front. The waiter at first seemed annoyed at being given an table to attend, but warmed up during the course of our lunch. The food was basic, but tasty. Presentation was lack8ng with everything looking like it had been put on the plate by a cook that didn't really enjoy what they did. It was lacking finesse of any kind. But the most disappointing dish was the dessert. The tiramisu was infact the worst I have ever eaten. I have had better from the supermarket. There was no mascapone and in it's place was cheap and airy confectioners cream. The base was dry and I could barely taste any coffee or flavour. The most disappointing desert in Italy!

I stayed nearby for a week. We went here the first night in Rome, and went back every single night after. Sure, it seems silly to eat at the same place when in a big city, but this charming restaurant was exactly what we needed after a long day of activity. Close to home, a solid menu (no, it's not the best in the city, but it's perfectly wonderful and the price point is fantastic), and an atmosphere unlike any other we experienced in Rome. Every night it was full of locals, the waiters were friendly and warm, and after night 2, we were treated practically as family. If you're looking for a Michelin Star restaurant, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a memorable experience and fantastic tiramisu, stop here. I didn't get to take Leonardo home, but I did get the perfect souvenir! With drinks, apps, meals, and deserts for 3, our check was never over 100€!

We didn’t had a very pleasant experience in this restaurant. When we arrived, around 12:30 a.m., it was full and we had to wait for some 20 minutes. Decided to wait since we had good expectations given the rating the restaurant has. The problem started just as we were assigned to a table, that was cramped in a corner, centimeters away from the table on the side… We asked for another, since I wasn’t able to pass to my side. It seems that they tried to fit about 20 tables in a place that could hold only 10. Then we ordered the food. The pasta options were simple, but the prices were very good. I guess they are better at pizzas since they advertise their selves as a Pizzeria, because the pasta was very ordinary. I asked a gnocchi with pomodoro sauce, but it was so simple it looked like they just opened a tomato sauce can and poured in the pasta. My fiancée asked for a lasagna, and it had no taste at all, just like a frozen one. (The plates in the photos are untouched, they arrived as is). We asked for a glass of wine that was supposed to be 150 ml, but definitely wasn’t (check photo). The service in an overall was bad, the waiter seemed very rude and ignored us sometimes, but I understand that the place was full. The ambient, apart from the heaped tables, was very noisy. The bathroom was dirty. In the menu is explicit that each person must consume at least one plate, and there is also €1,00 per person for the service, which in the circumstances that we encountered, was basically a theft. There are many good options in the region, this is one to avoid.

Worst worst worst place ever!!!! The worst food . Tasteless!!!! Every dish is the same no matter what you order. It's a really dirty place. With waitresses that have a horrible attitude and don't care at all. Paying 22€ for a very bad pizza and pasta that tasted the worst . It's a tourist trap!!! I asked for a bottle of water and the put me a bottle of glass that had no tap and was dirty inside and out , with filtered water , and the chargerd me 2€ for it 🤦🏻♀️ 2€ for the table and service.. what service??? When I told the waitress that the food was bad ,he was like " eee so what do you expect,it's just pasta with sauce" bro what Is this place,I can't believe how terrible it is. Please check the low reviews before entering this place and wasting your money.

It was a lovely place - food was great, starters weren’t anything special but mains were just lovely. We had the gnocchi, spinach and ricotta ravioli and pork chops. All were absolutely fantastic - we shared the pork so ended up ordering a second portion because it was so juicy and tasted almost nothing like the pork I’ve had before (I’m not a massive fan of pork to begin with). Fries were mediocre. Desserts were fantastic - I’d recommend the tiramisu. I had dessert of the day which was a lovely cake. Wouldn’t recommend the house wine as it wasn’t anything special. But all in all a lovely place, on the cheaper side and staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Went back here before Easter week 2023. The food is still as lovely as ever. Too bad it was late at night, Tiramisu was sold out. Out of all the restaurants we visited in Rome, Venice and Milan -this is still the best :) The host even remembered us <3 ------- Check out how yummy the food here with the finished pasta plates on the photo 😋 Another photo is the tiramisu! Would eat it everyday but unfortunately sometimes it can be sold out! So act fast! We went back 3 times. In addition to great food, the service was lovely :) Will definitely be back when we visit Rome again.
