Terrible!

The member of staff at the enterance enticed us in to eat, once sat down at a table though we were ignored. When we finally got a waiters attention we were able to place orders for food and drinks. Tables who came in after us were able to order and have drinks brought while we sat with no drinks. Eventually food and drinks arrived all together although they forgot the fries.

When it came to paying, there was a tip added to the bill along with the fries we never received. When I asked for the tip to be removed as we received terrible service and wouldnt be paying it, the waiter argued it was automatically applied. When I pointed out the charge for fries we never received, he accepted defeat rather ungracefully and stomped away to have the bill re printed.

They were so incredibly rude and there are so many more places that offer far better food and service, simply avoid! It says it all when the force a tip and it allows them to not have to bother trying to provide any...

Just went out of this "restaurant". Avoid it anyway! I ordered "special" offer, which included bruschetta + pasta or pizza + drink and costs 13 €. It was really special, because they brought only half portions of everything (maybe tea was normal, but it was the smallest teapot I' got in Rome). And calculating prices for these half-portions you'll get a sum less then 13€. What a trap for tourists! I ate only 1 piece bruschetta (in the picture shawn by waitress it was 2 pieces), and after getting very small portion of pasta I began to outrage. The waitress was gone, the waiter and the owner just said that I ordered special offer and to receive normal portions I should had ordered a la carte. I refused to pay as that waitress must warn of real amount of food and even suggested to call the police. But they agreed with my decision. Really so disappointed and...

My entire family, consisting of 4 adults and 2 kids, visited the restaurant. It was nearly empty, which was fortunate as finding space for all six of us can be challenging. We placed our order promptly, opting for a simple pasta in bianca and a pasta al suco for the kids. After 20 minutes, they informed us they were out of buffalo cheese and needed to search for it. We decided on something else, but another 20 minutes passed before we received the pasta in bianca for my son. Ten minutes later, the other pasta arrived. At this point, we were famished, and the kids were becoming desperate. Frustrated, we decided to cancel our entire order and left. It's January 1, and I dislike writing negative reviews, but our entire dinner experience was seriously disrupted. Never coming back and new...

Stopped for lunch, got a table with no problem, and then waited 15 minutes for our order to be taken. The service was poor, but not helped by the fact they had one person covering 15 tables, he was constantly juggling current and potential new diners. Seen many people walked away or were turned away, even when tables were ready. The server was rude to them. The food was basic and bland. We never got offered water. For a pizza and pasta dish, we spent about 15 minutes eating and the rest waiting, even waiting ages to get the bill then waiting to pay it. Then the cheek to add a 10% service charge. Avoid!

Found this place by accident, really cute little restaurant with outdoor dining. They were running a lunch special when we went - 12 euro for a bruchetta appetizer, main dish and drink. I got the lasagna and it was fantastic! It was a little heavy on the olive oil but really delicious and a large portion. My hubby had the mushroom pizza and it was perfect. Would definitely recommend this place. They also have free WiFi, FYI
