Mamù — Restaurant in Rome

I wish I could rate this place 0. But google does not have that option.

Today my husband and I had lunch in this restaurant. And found hair in pizza which was stuck in cheese. Unfortunately we could not justify because it was encountered at the last portion of pizza.

We informed the staff about it , and the staff did not even say sorry but instead made up a reason at the start that the chef was bald so it cannot be possible , later they mentioned it was my hair that must have fallen in the pizza.

She mentioned that she’ll give me a discount which we did not accept , We just wanted them to feel sorry about the act.

But unfortunately she did not feel sorry and instead she pointed on the education.

Education does not mean only earning money but how you treat others and how much manners you have .

Staff needs to be more educated to handle such situations.

Ideally we are not supposed to pay for the pizza with the hair in it.

We are not beggars to give discount , we paid the whole money. Please be careful when you go to...

Never order the burger, specifically “Burger Cool”. It was terrible, dry, burned and uneven cooked. No sauce on it, just a tiny bit of Gorgonzola cheese, the bun was uncooked and when it said the burger had mushrooms on it I expected them to be cooked. But no, I received slices of uncooked mushrooms with no flavour, I asked the server if this was correct and he was giving me a weird look and said yes.

My first burger I received was really terrible so I asked the waiter for the kitchen to re-do it. But when it came out(after a long time) it was basically the same, a dry unappetising burger. The waiter gave me weird look and didn’t apologise or anything, bad service and it was a surprise they didn’t understand why the burger was bad.

Never left a review for anything before but so disappointed with this. Was brought the wrong order out which is fine, these things happen. But then I had to wait 40 minutes for the pizza I had originally ordered, my friends had long finished their food by the time I got mine and this was after having to remind them as I am pretty sure they had forgotten. Final bill came and they tried to charge us for the full amount, we asked for some discount at which point they accused me of lying about my order for the second time (they eventually halved the price of the pizza, surprised they didn’t try charging me for the wrong order as well). Service on a whole was slow after that unsurprisingly, such a shame as the food was nice enough and the location is good but I wouldn’t...
