I generally leave comments when its either really good, or really bad. Unfortunately, in this case it's the latter. 6 mistakes in 30 minutes. The biggest problem was that only our waiter was really bad, making us look around at everyone else getting decent service, why we treated like sh*t?. List of mistakes: 1. We sat down at a table that had not yet been cleaned, the place was busy so we waited. After 15 minutes I started looking around for service. Another customer (who arrived after us) made his order and pointed the waiter that he should serve us.... 2. Every table had a beautiful white cloth and 2 wineglasses, a bottle of water and 2 glasses. When our table was made we got two placemats and two plates. Turning the romantic scene into a cheap ikea table with some McDonald type placemats. 3. The waiter forgot to ask us if we want water (so we were the only table without) and to mention the daily menu. Again, all tables next to us were told the menu so we felt like scum. 4. I ordered an appetizer, and two pizzas. He came with two pizzas, when I asked about the appetizer he walked away and decided not to wait on us again. So, we had to keep calling the other waiters. 5. When we aksed for the bill we were given a complete wrong bill. 6. When we finally got the right bill I more verbally complained at what just happened. The friendly owner took notice and brought us a desert on the house (we were full and did not accept). After this the waiter again showed his face and asked, if we want coffee, if we ordered with his colleagues, really strange questions after just having paid the bill. Its amazing how one bad apple can ruin the vibe of the place. For those of you who think im a complainer, all tables around us took notice and gave sympathy nods. As long as he works there;...

But sadly, the food tells a very different story.
The dishes we ordered were so overcooked — and clearly reheated, possibly multiple times — that any trace of freshness or texture was lost. They were bland, watery, and completely lacking in flavor. Nothing tasted like it was prepared with care, and certainly not on the same day.
To add insult to injury, we were charged €3 for table bread that we never ordered. It simply appeared on the table and then on the final bill, without explanation.
In the end, we left most of the food untouched — and within minutes, birds swooped in to finish it off, almost like they knew this spot always provides leftovers. It was equal parts funny and depressing.
While BaGhetto Milky benefits from its location and offers a kosher dairy menu, it seems to rely more on its tourist-heavy foot traffic than food quality or honest service. For us, it felt like a missed opportunity and a forgettable (if not...
Read moreFirst, we sat at the table for 15 minutes without anyone taking our order, only when I asked the man inside if I can order with him he said take a seat and asked someone to help. The water which we were unexpectedly charged for tasted like my sink water if not worse actually. I saw other tables had bread which I thought wasn’t complimentary but then I overheard a couple next to me say we never asked for bread and the waiter said “it’s included with the taxes tips” so I was like where is my bread, the waiter then brought be a paper bag of bread and tossed it on the table. When the waiter cleaned the table he dropped the “bag” of bread and we waited to see if he’ll pick it up and we ended up just leaving the store and it was still on the floor.
Maybe good idea to hire younger waiters that actually know service and how to serve.
Don’t visit if you wanna feel ignored. (Unless a big tab obv) which was a...
