I ordered a cappuccino and a piece of brownie this morning. Cappuccino was good, but the brownie was very tough like stone :( Yesterday I came here for morning coffee as well with my Italian friend, today I came alone- unfortunately they charged differently. Please make sure to have your receipt after the payment to see if they charged fairly. Decoration of the place is lovely and calm, the new guy (tall, black hair and thin) was very friendly and nice.
Edit: Appreciate the reply of the business owner - very kind of them. I would like to add that I am not a tourist, and i have been living in Rome for several years already, so I am pretty aware that the there will be table/service fee if you choose to sit to consume what you have ordered. The previous day when i came with my Italian friend, we sat outside as well - and surprisingly we were not charged for the service. The second day, when i came alone, I noticed that i was charged for the service. This difference made me uncomfortable really. Regarding the brownie, if you say that is the level of toughness of your bakery house, then I have nothing to say - buy maybe i can humbly suggest it to be more softer. Thanks again for your reply...

We went there for a Sunday brunch and went out of there a little bit hungry for the amount that we spent. For a couple, the total of our order was around €48 and we ordered:
1 club sandwiche €13; 1 Benedict eggs €10; 1 chocolate chips pancakes €6,50; 1 traditional French toast €6,5; 1 smoothie and 1 fruit juice €5 each.
The staff was nice but the waitress was only one and was in a little rush, and rude on asking for us to decide and order everything. First I asked for a savory waffle sandwich and the waitress come back 10 min latter telling me that the machine was broken and demanding me to choose another thing in 1 min.
Is good to make a reservation for at least one day before and don't do it for 15pm because the kitchen closes at 16h, so you won't have a lot of time if you want to try many things.
The place is beautiful with a cute decoration but too small for so many tables...
Read moreThis place is great! I would give a 5, but for the initial treatment of the staff. Food is an absolute 5, but service is a 4. We arrived around 1040-1045 and were told that they were full despite there being easily 3-4 tables open. We were told they were reserved, but when we asked to wait they tried to turn us away. I think this may have been an issue of a language barrier. I pointed out a table that had already had their food and asked to have their table when they were done, at first they were reluctant, but then agreed to let us wait about 20 mins. We walked around and came back in less time than that and the table was empty. During our visit, there were many customers sat almost immediately, but I'm not sure if that was due to their reservation they may have had.
All in all, the food was amazing. We ordered waffles and french toast and brunch comes with orange juice and biscuits, they were sooo...
