We discovered Bao Bao while looking for the perfect afternoon snack in Rome. We ordered the combo meal featuring pork dumplings, chicken bites, and an egg roll — and everything was delicious!
The pork dumplings were absolutely our favorite dish (and seem to be a crowd-pleaser based on other diners’ reactions). What makes them special is that the dumpling wrapper is made with Italian flour, giving it a unique flavor reminiscent of Italian pasta. The pork filling is perfectly cooked and seasoned, and when paired with their soy sauce, it creates an incredible flavor combination.
