Beautiful little cafe with a nice view of the street, however lots of hidden charges. Menu says 6€ then suddenly the waitress says no it's 7€ now and haven't changed it on the menu. When we paid... instead of 1.50€, it was now 2€ for a cuppuccino because we had table service.(I took my cups back each time and ordered from the lady behind the glass initially.) Sono entrato in questo bar su via Gregorio VII chiedendo un caffè decaffeinato al vetro e, contemporaneamente, ho chiesto di poter andare in bagno prima di prenderlo. Il caffè non era ancora stato preparato, quindi mi aspettavo che venisse fatto al mio ritorno. Con tono piuttosto sgarbato mi è stato indicato il bagno (“in fondo a destra”), e dopo circa cinque minuti sono tornato al bancone trovando il mio caffè già pronto, non al vetro ma in tazza e freddo. Evidentemente c’era fretta di liberarsene, senza curarsi minimamente della richiesta né del tempismo. Un atteggiamento frettoloso e poco professionale, segno evidente che chi lavora lì non è del mestiere o non ha alcun interesse a offrire un servizio di qualità....
