Update: They claim that other 500 reviews are good but that is only because they are for the previous owner/ setup. Nothing looked like the pictures in the reviews, not one food or decorations. Yes 6.5 € is not a lot for two coffee and small pastry but when it is notified before and high quality not extra charge and old pastry. Original: We order two coffee and one pastry which would be 4.5€ but the man seemed to not like having us there and charged us 6.5€ when we asked about the price difference and if he charged us for using WC he told us it’s for the table, which I knew it’s not true, never heard of such thing in Europe, although in the receipt he put 2.5€ for each coffee instead of 1.5€, it’s a shame to fraud people for 2€. We were only there for less than 10minutes but not welcomed at all. I hope they change their behaviour. First bad contact in Rome. People are usually nice and friendly but this man sure didn’t want us there. The coffee was watery, worst coffee in Rome so far and the pastry was old and not fresh at all, dirty bathroom with visible sign...

We started every morning at Bon Bar with a coffee and sandwich, and it quickly became one of our favorite routines in Rome. The service, food, and overall vibe were consistently exceptional. If you’re in Rome and looking for a cozy local spot with delicious food and great people, don’t miss Bon...

We tried the pastrami sandwich, which was recommended by the owner. The creamy onion sauce was a big hit - I'd definitely order again. Tiramisu was good, the cappuccino was great, and the owner even delivered it in a huge 2 liter mug so we could share and enjoy some photo opportunities.
Sent my family by in the evening to give it a try as well, and they reported back a great...
