Burger King — Restaurant in Rome

I am extremely disappointed by the service at this store honestly. I don't understand how any business running in one of the greatest tourist cities in the world can have staff that don't speak English at all. It's not the staff's fault but in recruitment it's something the shop needs to seriously consider.. I called to place an order and the person who answered asked if I speak Italian ,I could understand because I have basic knowledge of it. It's a fast food, but a good one nevertheless. To be honest Burger King has lot of nice choices and various too. Lot of sauces option nice ice creams and it also suprised me recently by adding the vegan version of the Whopper, the Rebel Whopper, as they advertised it does tastes as a normal whopper but at least you're free to choose not to eat meat. I was very positively surprised. The last few reviews were rather negative so I went in cautiously. However, it's been great! I've visited 3 times now, getting food for home (I live around 15 minutes away). The food has always been delicious, fries crispy, great onion rings, good sauces. Even when busy, they work surprisingly quick and the staff is always nice and positive. I was also quite happy with the prices. Around 10€ would be enough for a person to be fed.
