Caffè 67 — Restaurant in Rome

it is an old and tiny place. not too fancy. i dont want to call it vintage ;) it is truly old haha - we loved the coffee here so much ❤️ and the panini were so good. maybe the best breakfast we had in rome! you can find it after walking around a little while and enjoy the wonderful old town. it is like stepping into another world after leaving the tourist masses behind. i really hope this doesn't get reviewed as a "hidden gem" by some famous travel blogger / influencer :) a place for the quiet and peaceful moments...

Honestly not sure why this place has 4.9 stars. The coffee was ‘fine’ - nothing special. Place feels rugged and old - not in the cool retro/rustic sense of the word either. Hastened to leave - ‘you can only stay for the time it takes for 1 drink, or lunch’ - we had stayed for 20minutes and were just about to leave anyway. 2 tables still free, it’s not like they were pressed with customers either - felt they were quite rude...

Went for breakfast around 7:15am and had a cappuccino and a croissant—both were very good. The place was quiet, clean, and peaceful. No outdoor seating but three small tables for four. My card got declined, but the woman working there was incredibly kind and told me I could come back later to pay. Really appreciated the friendly attitude and trust. Spent only €2.80. Would...
