Caffè Viktoriya is my favourite caffè in Rome. Here is why. I lived in Rome, close to this wonderful caffè for a month, from December ’23 to January ’24. As a coffee enthusiast, I wandered the streets looking for caffès that would appeal to me. I tried out many different caffès in the area during my first week here, and then I stumbled upon this gem of a place. This is a place where you can come to drink the most decadent espresso, or enjoy some wholesome sandwiches and other healthy dishes. As someone with celiac disease, I could not try the croissants and other food items. However, my friends have told me that the croissants here are incredible, and definitely worth coming back for. Whether the store is busy or not, the atmosphere is always calm and composed. The caffè offers a strategic and comfortable outdoor and indoor seating arrangement. However, most importantly, all of the staff members that I have met at Viktoriya have always welcomed me with warmth and kindness. The lovely employees here always spoke to me in English, as they are certainly a multilingual bunch. I consistently heard them speaking in a multitude of languages to accommodate different customers. The staff members learned my order and my name by the end of my stay in Rome. You have to be very lucky to find a place that offers quality products and where the employees are also happy and kind, always providing the utmost care for the satisfaction of their customers. You will find that and more at Caffè Viktoriya. This is definitely a caffè worth visiting, less than a five minute walk from Roma Termini. 10/10. Chavy, an appreciative customer from...

We searched for a nice and cozy place to have breakfast, and we didn't regret that we chose them. The service was nice and kind, they speak English perfectly and they're pretty smiley. :) The food was amazing, we had an omlette with ham and cheese in it, and also bread and salad - which was a good choice, we loved it. They promote that they give us fresh orange juice and it's not a lie! One of the most delicious juices I've ever had, absolutely fresh, original oranges were used! :D I loved the cappuccino, which was the a part of the menu, but my friend wanted tea instead, so she got tea - it was also a pleasure that they were flexible. Everything was excellent.

If you're near, I'd recommend to try this place,...

Thank you for your response. I appreciate the service and value at Caffè Viktoriya — we had an omelette, fresh orange juice, and coffee for €10, which is a great price.

Positives:

The staff were excellent, very friendly and fast.

Coffee was truly great — I even ordered a second one!

Fresh orange juice was also very good.

Why 3 stars instead of more:

The omelette was a bit dry and lacked flavor, which made the breakfast less enjoyable overall.

The room was uncomfortably hot, and the air conditioning wasn’t on — this affected the comfort of the experience.

Attached is a photo of the breakfast — I hope this helps provide more useful feedback. I think with small improvements, it could easily be a...
