So far, this is the best bar/coffee retreat I have found in the surroundings of Stazione Termini - - that is, when I arrive early and I feel like chilling out for a while I wait for departure.

The place is cosy, clean, well-furnished and well taken care of by the bartender and his associates. Occasionally, there might be some noise owing to cooking machinery or the playful interplay between the kitchen manager and the owner.

The real success story of this venue are its humongous panini (sandwiches). Choice is usually limite among: 1. Prosciutto and cheese; 2. Eggs, cheese, and tomatoes;3. Prosciutto, mozzarella, tomato, and leaves. The bread tastes very fresh and surely they do stand well above anything you might get from the Termini shopping centre itself.

On top of food, the bar has espresso coffee available, as well as a selection of spirits and soft drinks.

Although it is opposite Roma3's Faculty of Education, both on Mon morning and Tue evening it looks like the place is more popular among professionals rather than students, although things might differ at other times (this is not a critique, just a remark).

Price is within range...

We visited this place 3 times and generally the atmosphere is really nice, although you need to sometimes wait in the morning for maybe 5minutes for the table and in the que to order. Caffee and food is by taste also good, nothing special but for sure good tasting breakfast! What is not really clear are the prices, they dont have anywhere price lists, i saw just that capucino is 1.8€. We had 1x latte, 1x cappucino 1x croissant panna 1x panini with omelete for 15,9€

Then 2x cappucino 1x panini omelete 1x panna croissant with nutella for 18€

And 2x cappucino 2x panna croissant and 1 pistachio for 15,2€.

To me it seems that the lady threw prices how she woke up, but it seems like the filled croissant costs between 4-6,5€ per piece, which is really expensive even for rome standards. Overall its good place but I think the not clearly visible prices are a bit scammy, for the prices of pastry and sandwitches you can get a lot more/better in center. I assume you can just ask for price but from reviews you wouldnt expect that it is so overpriced and you expect fair price. With visible prices people could decide before ordering if its for...

it is definitely a good place, we had our breakfast for 3 out of 4 days in Rome! earlier two days we paid on average 6 euros and the last day we paid 15 euros for same thing (just juice extra) :( in the rush we did not calculate and later we couldn't visit again to complaint!

MAKE SURE TO CALCULATE AND PAY CORRECTLY! DON'T RUSH, EVEN IF THERE ARE OTHERS IN LINE! OTHERWISE YOU MIGHT END UP PAYING THRICE OF WHAT YOU ORDERED!!!

EDIT: replying to the owner, i am not complaining about the prices and i understand the difference between a regular and special item. that day we asked, the lady twice still she said 15 euros something, so we thought it might be correct! so we paid then we calculated! even if juice cost 4 euros each still does not add up 15+ euros in total!

my humble request to owners is that, please do not rush in calculating and maybe give receipt with items so this sort of confusion and misunderstanding can be avoided!

by any chance, if we come to rome; will surely visit you and...

I don’t say this lightly but this is the best cappuccino in Rome and might just be the cappuccino of your dreams. Highly highly recommend this spot for a quick coffee bite. While they also have heavy eats like an omelette sandwich, we ended up getting a pistachio croissant (delicious but too sweet IMO), orange juice (incredible oranges, freshly squeezed) and the cappuccinos. Onto the main item - they ask you if you want it with “crème and sugar” - if you say yes, you get this lightly sweetened crème foam (white portion in pictures) mixed in with your perfectly velvety lathered foam of the the milk, smooth espresso shot and topped with the most decadent chocolate powder of your life. Can it get any better? I don’t think so! P.S for the lactose intolerant ones, they do have soy milk but no oat milk. I am but I am glad I braved it and regular milk and cream for the perfect flavors
