Visiting Rome with my family, wanted some more meat-abundant choices, so we came here, and I’m glad we did.
Unfortunately, my son was falling asleep at the table from jet lag before we could order.
My wife took him back to our hotel, while I stayed behind to order as takeout.
Got 2 x Trio Emporio, and some fries.
So much delicious meat!
The picanha was tender, and cooked medium well, and even though I prefer my picanha more rare, it was the highlight of the meal, and I couldn’t get enough of it.
The sausage and onions were great too.
The fried chicken wings were well cooked, and crispy.
Fries are shoe string style, similar to what you find at the ‘Golden Arches’.
I wasn’t given any cutlery on my takeout order, and I only remembered to check on my way back.
I don’t know if I’m supposed to ask for them, but I got some at the local mini market by my hotel on my way back, which I had planned to go to anyways for jugs of water.
Except for breakfast, I find Italian food in general is way too carby, and although delicious, I want way more meat in my portions.

Read moreThe food is ok but the staff is extremely rude, judgemental and racist, with a hint of homophobia. Shame for a Brazilian establishment to hire such shameful wastes of space as servers. Specifically Annabelle. From the moment we stepped in she made sure she is going to make sure every exchange is excruciating under her heavy judgemental eyes. And furthermore after getting the response from the owner of the establishment it turns out that the staff and specifically the person in question is a liar too! When asked for her name she gave us a false name. So add Liar to the list. I have no problem coming back and pointing out exactly who it was, so the owner can finally identify them and take some actual responsibility for their...
