Shocked how they have 4.9 stars because service and food were awful. They said they’ve only been open for 2 months so the amount of reviews don’t add up - they have to be fake. The meat was basically not edible, so chewy. The only good thing they have is the rice and the dumplings but for the price it was not worth it. We also weren’t explained the menu correctly when we told the girl we’d never been there before she said your two options are all you can eat or ala carte but they have a 40€ boat that would’ve fed 3-4 people. We tried to talk to the owner to explain the disappointment we felt in the service and food but he didn’t speak English and the girl translating for us was the one we were talking about so I doubt she was translating what we were saying correctly. We offered to pay for the food we enjoyed but the owner told us to get up and leave so we did. Not worth 35€ for all you can eat when the meat was terrible and staff was awful.
**update to the response. We didn’t leave laughing out the door, they said you need to leave now so we got up quickly and left and were baffled at the interaction. Having to lie makes you just as pathetic as the quality of food you serve. We didn’t finish “20 plates” when our server clearly discarded all the meat we left on the plates in the trash - so your trash finished those plates, which is exactly where such type of non edible meat should be going. We even offered to pay for the stuff we actually finished but you said “ITS FREE JUST LEAVE NOW” in an angry voice and stomped away like a child having a tantrum so what did we do? We left. We’ve never met such a despicable staff. Speaking of respect and decency is crazy when we were calm when trying to explain the disappointment we felt. A servers job is to explain the menu. When we said we’ve never been here she said “these are your two options” we said some of us aren’t super hungry and don’t want to do all you can eat and her response was “you do ala carte or all you can eat but everyone has to do the same option.” There was no mention of a combo, we don’t know what we don’t know - a restaurants job is to educate on the menu. Don’t get mad at us because your quality isn’t what the pricing reflects and we’re calling you out. There’s another review that speaks to the same experience we had. Coincidence? I think not.
Lastly, let’s use common sense here since it’s free. If all we wanted was a free meal why would I leave a review? Look at all my other reviews in Italy, we had a wonderful time every other place we went to. 2+2=4, your service and food are bad. Point...
Read moreI went here for a farewell dinner, and we wanted to see the hype. At first, the decor and music were my favorite aspects of this restaurant (they spammed Twice songs🥹). I definitely loved the vibe.
The food was okay with a few things worth going back for, as expected. Some meats were not really marinated, and some meats were truly marinated (sauce on top vs. been sitting in marinade for a while). The rice dishes were lackluster, but the noodle dishes were a much tastier alternative. Although I love my rice in a bbq, the noodles were something I’d come back for. The squid is not worth getting here. There is also a decent sauce bar which was nice. I recommend sticking to pure meats and a few marinated meats with a few sides of your liking (seafood was okay).

Read moreGot the paper menu. Marked items that we wanted. Then, we got our order mixup 3 times. Got items that we did not order and some items we ordered did not arrive. So my girlfriend ended up going to the cashier to clarify to get our order fixed. People at the table next to us came much later than us but even they got food faster than us who ordered even before they arrived. Chopsticks seemed already had greese on them even before we sat at the table.
The food was ok, but not worth 5 stars. Kimchi was very salty.
All reviews seem to be fake. I've never seen restaurants would get so many, only 5 start reviews and only 2...
